Pet Policy: The Walt Disney World Swan welcomes service animals who qualify under the guidelines of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). The hotel adheres to these regulations which state that the work or task a service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to a person’s disability. An animal whose sole purpose is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals does not qualify as a service animal under the ADA.
