1) Downtown Disney: This area is a great place to window shop, plus its home to the House of Blues, which features almost daily live shows and the Lego Store, complete with huge, intricate Lego sculptures that are a sight to see. The modernized Westside is home to a new store – RideMakerz, as well as a newly renovated movie theater named Pleasure Island 24. It recently became one of the first multiplexes in the country to offer the Enhnaced Theater Experience (ETX), meaning the theater now features a 20% larger, floor-to-ceiling screen, 12 channel audio and 3D digital projection.
2) The Boardwalk: Located just a short walk from Epcot or a Disney bus ride away, The Boardwalk is modeled after the East Coast Boardwalks and is a sight to see. It is a quarter of a mile long and borders Crescent Lake. It is a great place to people watch, catch street performers and live entertainment.
3) Celebration: The planned community of Celebration is located just a short drive from the Disney theme parks. It has a small town atmosphere and quaint downtown area featuring early 20th century architecture.
