When celebrating a Disney World 4th of July, consider going to Epcot for a fireworks spectacular. On Independence Day, this fireworks display is an enhanced version of the original production, featuring a show that celebrates our planet’s history and a few extra special additions for the holiday!
At the tail end of the show, IllumiNations will feature a tribute to the Red, White, and Blue the only way Disney knows how. What will that look like? You’ll have to stick around and see!
A few of the best viewing spots at Epcot include the entrance of World Plaza Showcase, the bridge between Face and the United Kingdom and the waterside dock across from the Italy pavilion.
Also, throughout the day, be on the lookout for notable patriotic icons and Disney characters dressed their best for the 4th of July. Special concerts and performances occur throughout the park as well. Please consult the park’s day of schedule for performance times and destinations.
