The 19th Annual Florida Film Festival is scheduled for April 9-18, 2010 in Orlando Florida. This 10-day extravaganza will feature top notch films, food and wine vendors, industry parties and a star-packed attendee list. The Florida Film Festival is one of the most respected regional film festivals in the country and is produced by Enzian.
This year’s theme is home and the Florida Film Festival officials are focusing on “Film Sweet Film” as the tag line of the event.
The opening weekend of the event will feature Film, Food, and Wine Celebration, Flavors of the South: Grits, Grace, and Gravy, with a stellar lineup of notable chefs in culinary demonstrations, casual brunches, and elegant dinners. There will be luncheons, discussions and celebrity chef signings throughout this weekend long event. There will also be an opening night Film & Party featuring No Grits, No Glory!
A few of the films that will be shown include Paper Man, The Secret of Kells, How to Fold a Flag, Homewrecker, Winter’s Bone and Chinatown.
