Our Disney/Universal Studios Area "Private Pool" Vacation Homes in Orlando, Fla., are located 10-15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort Area. They sleep 6-10 people. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other central Florida attractions are also nearby. There are numerous dining and shopping options in the surrounding area.

These Orlando area 3-5 bedroom fully furnished vacation homes include private screened-in pools, washers and dryers and two-car garages. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and coffeemaker. Internet access is available upon request. The 3 bedroom condos have the same amenities with access to a community pool. Guests will appreciate the opportunity to cook breakfast before heading out to the theme parks or to cook and enjoy a leisurely dinner after a long day exploring Orlando.

Cleaning fees are applied to stays less than 5 nights:

Pool Heat $35 per day flat fee or $185 flat fee.

With the charm of Key West cottages, Runaway Beach Club is a family resort in the hub of central Florida's tourist area. Rows of two-story pastel buildings are within the gates of this smoke-free community. Guests may stroll or jog along the waterside path.

Our resort offers2 & 3 bedroom condos with full kitchen, washer & dryer and 2 full baths. All of our condos are fully furnished and offer the vacationer a place to call home. Tuscana is located only 4 miles from Disney World, with very easy access to all other parks. Our beautiful pool area offers the perfect place to relax under the Florida Sun. Our heated pool is open all year round and the cabanas line the pool area. We also have a jacuzzi, a children's pool with its own fountain and a pool side bar & tavern. After soaking up enough Florida sun, step inside & relax in our 35 seat private movie theatre or enjoy our fitness center.

All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a short stay cleaning fee: $35 for a 2BR and $45 for a 3BR. This fee is collected upon-check in.
