"Show is great customer service needs work!"
April, 2017
You are greeted with a large crowd waiting in line, of course understandable. The individual managing seems slightly agitated, with customer questions I get it. We move in the waiting area, waiting to be seated. The server was pleasant but time management could be better. The bathroom is over flooded at the end of the show. Your're herded out. So while waiting for your family members in a different area of the establishment, you're then told you need to move out of the area because there is another show. Yet again understandable but the delivery is poor. I know. The individual tried to single my family out when there were clearly other families in the area also. I'm sure my words are just words on a page, and nothing will be done.

"Great family fun."
March, 2017
What a show! The cast gave a full out performance even though we didn't have a lot of people, this by no means is a reflection on the show, just the date we went. My family had a great time (all six of us) as we cheered on the Best Pirate of all time "Cut-throat Jack". The show was a lot of fun with many laughs due to the comedy abilities of the actors who played "Mr. McGee and Saxon". The Singing abilities of the cast were great and the amazing silk work by the "Golden Gyps" left us all speechless. You can tell this small cast and crew work great together. My son had a great time getting autographs for everyone on the cast and when it looked like we wouldn't get everyone "Treasure" made sure he got the last one we needed. I can not thank the cast for being so accommodating to a young fan. I look forward to seeing this show again on our next trip to Orlando. (Show was on 3/8/17 at 1930).

"4 and 1/2 stars"
November, 2016
This show is SO much fun! My husband, myself and our 3 boys (ages6-12) loved this experience. We watch the Vampirates show on Halloween night 2016. I'm actually giving this 4 and a half stars because the appetizers were really only more of a sample and our main course, the pot roast, wasn't very good at all, though, our younger guys did enjoy the chicken nuggets and Mac n Cheese and not one of us tried the chicken quarter so I have no comment for that but you are served soup or salad before and a dessert at the end of the meal and it along with the sides are all very good and served during the show. It's very interactive and the audience gets really involved with games and such, it's all very exciting and the kids and adults all get the chance to join in on the ship with the characters.

"Pirates Dinner so fun!!"

My family had a really fun time at dinner! There was a lot of crowd interaction, we all got to participate in games or part of the show! Our 4 year old daughter loved it! She got to participate a few times on stage with other kids. The talent is amazing there! The food they need to work on. The chicken and potatoes were delicious but the sauce and vegetables were not. It’s a work in progress I’m sure since they just opened back up. We had a great birthday celebration and we will be back!!

We took our family to this very interactive show that was full of music, stunts and plenty of crowd engagement. The show itself was wonderful and had our kids talking for days! The pre-show was advertised to start 30 minutes before showtime. However, the pre-show did not start until the actual showtime. So, the kids started complaining of being hungry because after the pre-show you get seated and then the waitress comes around to check on you and tell you about the show. It took probably 20 minutes after we were seated for the salad to come around. The food was below average for the price. I was expecting more since the tickets were $60/$30 per person. I am not trying to be rude just honest-McDonald’s food is better quality. I do suggest that families attend this show because it was so much fun!! Just look for the coupon’s and don’t pay full price because you may have to eat somewhere else before or after the show to be satisfied.

"Great Show! Service and food is lacking"

Took the family here on our vacation to get away from Disney for a day. The show itself was great. The actors/acrobats were excellent and the kids loved the interaction. Next time I would get seats up front for the kids so they could be included in the show. The service and logistics could use some work. We had a long wait to get inside the building in the hot Florida sun. I was soaked by the time we got inside. Once inside had to wait in line again, in the foyer that was not air conditioned either. Finally through the check in process, things went well. Got drinks at the bar, and bought some pirate stuff for the kids. Definitely not Disney prices which was a welcome relief! The food service was a little slow for us seated in the back. We did not receive our meals until half way through the show. The overall qualify of the food was just OK. We had the chicken meal and the kids were satisfied with what they had. The bar service looked like it was slow, so we ordered a bucket of beers so we didn't have to worry about it. Once the show was over, the after party was something unexpected. All the characters come out to the bar area and have a good old dance party. Taking pictures and just hanging out. The kids absolutely loved it. Overall the experience was fun and I would recommend it to anyone looking for more of the Theater aspect of a Dinner Theater.

The ambiance, the actors, and cast interaction was quite fun and entertaining. The pre show was awesome and had us all very excited to enter the 'ship' and continue our evening of fun. The food was good, however, our server (I believe her name was Vanessa) was terrible. Several tables were set up with drinks in pitchers; ours was not. We had to wait awhile for her to come back after having to ask for water for our toddler. When she finally did come back with it, she only brought water, and only filled one glass. We had to request soda, and that took a while as well. Salads were served with no dressing. We waited a while then started eating them... they were consumed dry before she came back with dressing. Two of the five dinner choices were wrong. The three correct dinners (one adult, 2 children) were already eaten before our remaining two dinners were served. It's a shame that she was so inept because we were having a great time. We did still wind up having a good time, but she could have enhanced our experience rather than take away from it. If not for ger, this would be a 5 star review.

An extreme waste of time and money! Family of 3 spent $140 then had to leave the show early to feed the family as food was unedible! Food was not even what was advertised. We ordered 2 chicken dinners and a vegetable pasta , the chicken was suppose to be a full chicken leg with mashed potatoes and green beans and it come out as mashed potatoes, shredded chicken and 3 corn kernels. And the vegetable pasta had no vegetables. There was several people that still had not received their dinner as others were already getting there dessert. Also not to mention the show was suppose to be at 7:30 and didn’t start until after 8:15. We left before the show was even over as it was extremely unorganized and boring! Spoke to the manager on the way out and he gave us excuses that several kitchen staff called in just before the show. Overall it was a horrible experience and we highly recommend you go see Al Capone’s show which is a very fun and entertaining show with a delicious buffet of food and polite staff!
