"Show is great customer service needs work!"
April, 2017
You are greeted with a large crowd waiting in line, of course understandable. The individual managing seems slightly agitated, with customer questions I get it. We move in the waiting area, waiting to be seated. The server was pleasant but time management could be better. The bathroom is over flooded at the end of the show. Your're herded out. So while waiting for your family members in a different area of the establishment, you're then told you need to move out of the area because there is another show. Yet again understandable but the delivery is poor. I know. The individual tried to single my family out when there were clearly other families in the area also. I'm sure my words are just words on a page, and nothing will be done.

"Great family fun."
March, 2017
What a show! The cast gave a full out performance even though we didn't have a lot of people, this by no means is a reflection on the show, just the date we went. My family had a great time (all six of us) as we cheered on the Best Pirate of all time "Cut-throat Jack". The show was a lot of fun with many laughs due to the comedy abilities of the actors who played "Mr. McGee and Saxon". The Singing abilities of the cast were great and the amazing silk work by the "Golden Gyps" left us all speechless. You can tell this small cast and crew work great together. My son had a great time getting autographs for everyone on the cast and when it looked like we wouldn't get everyone "Treasure" made sure he got the last one we needed. I can not thank the cast for being so accommodating to a young fan. I look forward to seeing this show again on our next trip to Orlando. (Show was on 3/8/17 at 1930).

"4 and 1/2 stars"
November, 2016
This show is SO much fun! My husband, myself and our 3 boys (ages6-12) loved this experience. We watch the Vampirates show on Halloween night 2016. I'm actually giving this 4 and a half stars because the appetizers were really only more of a sample and our main course, the pot roast, wasn't very good at all, though, our younger guys did enjoy the chicken nuggets and Mac n Cheese and not one of us tried the chicken quarter so I have no comment for that but you are served soup or salad before and a dessert at the end of the meal and it along with the sides are all very good and served during the show. It's very interactive and the audience gets really involved with games and such, it's all very exciting and the kids and adults all get the chance to join in on the ship with the characters.
Tip: They sing and dance and do an amazing job, tip them!

"The show and staff were great"

We went and saw the show tonight and purchased the vip tickits. Our 8 year old loved the show and actors and audience participation as did we. The only thing i would like to see is an improvement in the food. It was not great but the frendliness of the actors and staff made up for it.

I've been to a few dinner shows and this one wasn't all that spectacular. First, the food was awful. It was quite bland and there wasn't a lot of it. Even the dessert was bad. Second, the actors themselves were great. They are all very talented but a little stunted by a boring storyline. I lost track of what was going on a lot because I started staring off into space. Third, the show went on for sooo long and you can tell they try to accommodate by involving the audience at the end. Oh and fourth, the waiters don't really wait. They bought pitchers and sat them on the tables, we had to pour our own drinks. I didn't mind that too much but it was a little off. The staff and actors were great really and I wasn't upset with anything. The place could just use a revamp all around.

"Kids had fun but service was horrible"

We went with a group and were promised a lot with our package: appetizers, pirate flag for each guest, gratuities included, and parking. We arrived an early as recommended for pre show and appetizers and never saw the appetizers come out. the Two rows in our section (orange) were served extremely slow. Only one pitcher of water for 8 people and then the server only gave us one cup of soda (after that the two guys at our table asked other tables around that had full cups if we could have one of their pitchers of soda). By the time we got our salads all the other tables were finished with their salads and that continued for every course. We chose the 4 mixed plates but then server brought 2 kids meals that we didn't ask for instead of the mixed plates. We were told that we would get a pirate flag with our rate but then a girl was walking around selling them for $3 and when I told her it was included she rudely told me they were not and wouldn't bother asking the manager. Then at the end we were given a tray asking for a tip $5 for adults and $3 for children when we were told the tip was included in the price. The kids enjoyed the show but my husband spent the majority of the time trying to get our kids and ourselves something to drink and wondering why everyone around us was eating and our food took forever so we have no idea what the story line was other than there was a dragon. I always love doing dinner shows but this one was aweful and overpriced for the service.

Great show for kids and adults. Fun time! The meal was not bad either and the performance was very entertaining. Would like to see better drink options. At the end of the show, cast members dance it up with the kids in the main nor area. Must admit, 2 or 3 of the performers looked grumpy and bothered by the fact that their show wasn't over yet but you can easily ignore them.

"Great show- better than expected"

This may have been the highlight of my kids (3 and 5) trip! Show was great and they both got to be included in the show twice (note that we had purchased VIP tickets which were a great deal with Groupon regular Tix). They absolutely loved every minute and I was impressed with the talent of the performers (our pirate Andre was great). Food was not too good but about what I expected- you're not coming here for delicious eats. But if you have young kids, they will have an absolute blast at the pirate show!
