This was a wonderful experience for the children as well as the adults. Relaxed atmosphere. Great show. Great food and drink service. Food geared towards the children for a change. The magician involves the audience and keeps the show going.

"The Show Is.......Magic"

We last did this show in 2012, and it really has not changed much since then. Glad they kept the Sonny and Cher finale, as I was used in that last time, and I wanted to see what everyone was laughing at! We did the 5pm show and disappointed to see the show was only half full, as it is the audience which really helps the atmosphere. That said, we really enjoyed ourselves. The pizza was better than I remember, and the servers did a fabulous job refilling both the pizza trays and my wife's booze. (Coke for me - I was driving) The show was a lot of fun. Tony Brent has been doing this a long time, but still makes it sound fresh and funny. Ok, he is not as master magician, but that is not what this show is. If you are going to the 7 or 9pm shows, It will probably be busier, so I suggest get in line at least 30 mins before the show starts. You want to be sitting as close to the stage as possible. Further back are support pillars which make it difficult in some parts to see the stage.

Great show, really, really funny...my two kids (7 and 5 year old girls) loved it and we're on the verge of wetting themselves laughing at times - made even better as the youngest was picked to go on stage too. Food is what you would expect - hard to go wrong with pizza, desert was nice. Remember to tip the servers lots of people on our table didn't which I felt a bit embarrassed about. If you do wonder works make sure you allow plenty of time - 3 hours wasn't enough due to the long queues at some attractions. Everyone should go to this if your in Orlando.

Great family show and very interactive. High energy and lots of fun. My three teens found the show hilarious. The price (Groupon) was right for the show and the unlimited pizza, salad and drinks.

"Had to fend for food"

The magic show itself is awesome. However the service was terrible and the food mediocre. The food is served banquet style on long tables that seat probably about 40 people. The food is placed on serving trays/bowls in intervals on the table. Unfortunately for my family, we were seated in between two of the serving spots. With the family to my right having a serving spot directly in front of them and the family to the left having a serving spot directly in front of them. No matter where the food is served it's supposed to be shared with everyone at the table. So first there was salad. The family to my right emptied completely the bowl of salad placed in front of them. The family to my left ate almost everything except for a small amount of iceberg lettuce. So we were left with no salad for my family. We sat there hungry, watching everyone eat for about 10-15 minutes when I finally tried to get the attention of a waiter or waitress to request salad for my family. I said to a waiter who was walking by "Excuse me sir, my family didn't get any salad could we please get..." to which he responded by cutting me off and saying "Talk to your server!" I tried to respond saying "But I don't know who my server is?" But he was already walking away and either chose not to respond or didn't hear me since he was walking away. Finally our server came around to take drink orders. We then requested salad and she acted irritated and said she would get some but we would have to wait. About 10 minutes later my mom had had enough and she grabbed a bowl of salad off of one of the empty tables where no one was seated. We finally had something to eat. Then came out the pizzas. The same thing happened with the pizzas. One pizza was placed in front of the family to the right and one was placed in front of the family to the left. Again, the food is supposed to be shared amongst the whole length of the table but again each family next to us took the food as their own. This time I realized we were going to have to just reach in front of these families to get pizza or we weren't going to be eating any dinner other than the salad my mom took from another table. My son reached to the pizza to the right. The little girl said to her mom that we were "taking" their pizza. The mom gave us a dirty look. My mom reached to the pizza on the left and received another strange look, like we were taking "their" pizza. We all got one slice of pizza each. I really didn't appreciate that we had to reach in front of other families for the food that we paid for. Considering we paid $200 for our family of four for VIP tickets, the fact that we had to "take" food from other families and other tables is ridiculous. Finally after the second round of pizzas came out, our server brought some salad for our family. Which obviously was too late. Thankfully the deserts were brought out individually so my family actually got dessert without having to "take" from others. The magic show itself was great. It was funny and we laughed. But the way that they chose to serve the food creates an awkward situation for families who aren't seated directly in front of the serving areas and the servers weren't helpful in the matter at all. I did inform a manager of our experience and he was very kind and understanding. He gave us tickets to come back and try again. We did. The second time we were lucky to be seated in front of the food and we made sure that both the families around us had food as well. So overall: Magic show: 5 stars Food: 3 stars Service: 0 stars Management response: 5 stars
