This was a wonderful experience for the children as well as the adults. Relaxed atmosphere. Great show. Great food and drink service. Food geared towards the children for a change. The magician involves the audience and keeps the show going.

"Fantastic night out."

We recently visited the Outta Control Show at Wonderworks. The magician Tony, was outstanding. A very funny and highly skilled performer who from beginning to end had everyone laughing and bewildered with his amazing feats of magic. Our friends jaws where aching for laughing. As Tony did his final trick to reveal it was the end of the show, the whole audience where gutted, as they where enjoying the show so much. No one wanted it to end. I was listening to all the comments as people where leaving and everyone was raving about Tony. The servers kept us topped up with food and drink before and during the show. Everything about this show works. It's perfect for all ages. I cannot recommend this highly enough. 10 Outta 10. Paul.

"Third time not the charm"

We attended this show Nov. 15, 2017 for the third time in approximately 7 yrs. We returned because the kids had loved it previously. It's simple, for sure, and the pizza is not great, but the kids had really enjoyed it in the past. This time, I felt it had really gone downhill. I have to question if the magician was even sober, to be honest. I wasn't impressed. Also, they promote unlimited beer wine and soft drinks, but only the soft drinks get refilled, and the servers go and hide as soon as the initial servings are done, so you can't even ask for a refill. I found it very, very poor. It's not an overly expensive dinner show, certainly, but you don't get much for your dollar, that's for sure. I honestly wish we hadn't gone back, because the kids had great memories of when we went before, and this experience has tarnished that. I do not recommend.

This is too expensive for what it is. Theres a bowl of salad on the table when you go in for the table to share. Granted there was plenty of pizza kept appearing but the choice was pepperoni or cheese only. Dessert was a weird combination of a brownie cheesecake with a tiny dollop of cream. They boast unlimited soft drinks, beer and wine but only the soft drinks seem to be refilled. My one glass of cheap plonk was all I was offered sadly. The comedian/magician is funny at times but might be construed as too near the knuckle at others. Thankfully some of his jokes went completely over the heads of the children attending who just loved the magic tricks. The room this is held in is run down with basic trestle tables and uncomfortable seating and those at the rear tables struggle to see and hear whats going on and have to rely on tv screens. Restrooms are poor with toilet paper in short supply and lots dropped on the floor....clearly not checked regularly by management. The show gets underway by 6.30 and you are out of the door by 7.45 to let them clear up for their 8pm show. Done it once but wont be back.
