The newly renovated Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is conveniently situated directly across the street from the newly transformed Disney Springs area (formerly Downtown Disney), Walt Disney World's world-class shopping, entertainment and dining district which offers more than 150 venues. The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista features continuous transportation to all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, a Disney Character Breakfast is served on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, and the Oasis Aquatic pool playground.

Each of the hotel’s 232 spacious, Lake House themed guest rooms were completely renovated in late 2015 and are located in the hotel’s 19 story main tower building. All rooms are equipped with plush pillow top mattresses with luxurious linens, high-speed wireless Internet access, a 37-inch HDTV flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator and an in-room safe. The hotel offers a variety of food and beverage options including a full-service restaurant, room service, pool bar & grill, 24 Hour Café, and lobby lounge. Additional amenities include a business center, state of the art fitness center, two lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court and a game room.

Kids of all ages will love the Oasis Aquatic Pool Playground, an exciting focal point of this Orlando family resort featuring two pools, interactive water features, and a large hot tub. Adults will relish the opportunity to relax on the beautiful pool deck and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area charges a daily parking fee of $15.00 plus tax (subject to change) and allows guests the option to choose between self-parking and valet parking with unlimited access.

The Nightly resort fee of $25+ tax is collected upon check-in and not included in the pre-paid reservation.

This hotel has it ALL! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms are kept immaculate (which is very important to me), food is delicious and the location is a dream! This was our family's first visit to Disney with our 3 year old son and we are so grateful for the amazing memories made at the Wyndham! What stood out even more than the hotel was the people that worked there! We immediately felt at home and like one of the family. Each and every encounter was genuine and accommodating that I feel compelled to give special mention to the following: Jay & Helen of the GMs office- the kindest people you'll meet and obviously setting a wonderful example for their service culture. Todd & Jill at the Front Desk who made our son smile countless times- thank you for all the FUN! Chef Mark, Angela, Sabina and Nurka for starting our days right with delight over breakfast. Goofy & Pluto were there too! And we got quality time with them- not like the take a photo and go at the parks. They were so sweet to our son who was a little hesitant at first but warmed right up with hugs and fun interaction. Lynn and Wislaine in housekeeping for the lovely accommodations and special touches like tucking our son's Mickey and Donald toys in the bed making them fun for him to find. Brooke & Javier at the grill- serving up tasty treats poolside! Youseff & Juan of Security- always a presence and extremely helpful. The only problem with our stay is that it went by too fast... We can't wait to come back to what we're calling our Disney Home Away from Home! You hold a very special place in our heart!

We stayed here recently while recovering from a neck surgery. The staff was so kind! Especially your manager Todd Bolick. When we had a small issue with our room. He was thoughtful and prompt in resolving our issue. Also, our lovely waitress Charlene went above and beyond when my dad lost his favorite hat at breakfast one day. She remembered him and made sure that he got his hat back! Thanks so very much!

I stayed five nights at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista while visiting Disney and Universal. The bottom line? You get what you pay for. I got what I thought was a great deal by locking in a non-refundable rate for my visit. However, upon checking in I was told part of my payment was “missing”, even though I had paid the full advertised amount. After several minutes of back and forth, I was able to get them to drop the additional invented fee, but the incident was foreshadowing. On night two, I stopped by the concierge to inquire about shuttles to Universal Studios. The concierge, Harry M., told me that, in exchange for attending an informational session at a forthcoming Wyndham property two miles away, they would provide a free shuttle to Universal, free breakfast, and a $75 gift card to spend at the park. Fair enough, I thought. Only near the end of the conversation did Harry mention that I’d have to put down a $40 deposit for the transportation. After confirming with him several times that the deposit was refundable, including if I had to cancel in advance, I agreed and paid via credit card. The following day, my girlfriend and I determined we wouldn’t have time to attend the informational session. I called the concierge to inform them we needed to cancel, and requested they refund my deposit. This is where the fun begins. They tell me that in order to receive a refund, I would have to physically go to the new Wyndham property to process it. This was at no point made clear by Harry the previous evening, and I felt scammed. When I returned to the hotel that evening, I spoke with a separate concierge, Keenan, and explained my issue. Keenan was beyond unprofessional and unsympathetic. He spent several minutes throwing Harry under the bus, stating that Harry should’ve told us how the refund works. At one point, he even threw, literally, $40 on the table in front of me in an attempt to explain why he couldn’t process the refund himself. And then he just called Harry and put him on the phone with me. I told Keenan and Harry that I felt clearly mislead and scammed, that they should refund me immediately, and that I wanted to speak with a manager. The conversations went nowhere. They refused to process the refund or let me speak with a manager. Harry promised he’d call me back with “timing” on when my refund would be promised. I’m writing this four days later, and still no call from Harry. This hotel is a complete scam. It’s a stain on the Wyndham and Disney brand names, and not worth saving a few bucks. My refund has yet to be processed, I have yet to receive a call back, and I will never stay at another Wyndham property again.

My visit to the Wyndham Hotel was going to be a excellent experience until I went with my 6 years old daughter to the restaurant at the M level... From Vanessa at the Front Desk with joy in her voice, to Bonnie at the pool with her positive energy, they made us feel just like home ( yes... I write the names cuz for me is very important this kind of stuff) On my last day I decided to enjoy your 17 dollars buffet for breakfast with my baby girl. It was Wednesday. I was greeted with a big smile by Jesus ( omg this guys is awesome!) who was very lovable with my daughter, and Tito (another awesome guy! Love it) on the omelet station made me laugh so very much (this kind of person is tge person that should always be interacting with the customers). Unfortunately I can't say that of all the employees there... Everything was fine ; my server, Ney came along. I don't know how a person like her is working on a "family hotel" first she gave us the (good morning) screaming, then dropping on the floor some silverware she said, "oh fck" in front of my daughter and I looked at her waiting for her to apologize and she just said "what b#tch", and laugh. Then when she saw I didn't laughed back she told me not to say anything so she didn't get fired. That I had to understand she is from NJ (yep... She said she's from NJ... I have family in that state and honestly they don't talk like that at all. But ok) and people in the north talk like that. I asked her for the check and when she came with it she tried to apologize and kept on trying. I went to the front looking for management and didn't see anybody, the lady with a flower in her hair was busy with a line at the main entrance. I walk down to the front desk and gave the complaint. I was told this; "we had have complaints about her in the past but nothing will be done." I apologize in the name of the wyndham hotel, and was asked If something could be done so I could enjoy my vacation. Well, this is something you CAN DO, don't have people like her working around small children. I don't even talk like that in my own house, and never in a million years I could have thought being on Disney property was going to find myself on a situation like that. First and last time on that "family hotel" and shame you have that bad apple around so many others good employees. I feel very sorry of all the good employees there... Other than that is was a very awesome experience.
