"Best vacation ever"

This was the perfect vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the reservations and plans were simple to make. The hotel is nice and close to Disney parks and the shuttle service is convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Tip: The hotel walls are thin so you may hear your neighbors. Even though we were going to sleep early due to long days at the parks, it didn’t bother us too much. Just be conscious of your tv volume at night

Customer service was excellent, but the hotel itself.. It wasn't the nicest. I would have expected more from a Disney hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs"

our stay @ this resort was great however was not what we thought of being close to Sea World and for that we couldn't utilize any of the great things it offered upon arrival and paying $97 more on top of our cost for the stay because the trams only went to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks. So for the Cost of the whole stay and the cost of travels back and forth we would not be interested in future stays here.

"Orlando <3"
June, 2016
I used 'Reserve Orlando' for our trip. Those people were very accommodating as I had bumped up our free hotel to a nicer situation. We were so glad we did with WG.
I brought my son and my mother.
I was nervous not having a tower room that we would lack in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. We didn't lack for anything at all. We chose not to have housekeeping for the week we stayed and they politely left out rooms alone and offered us replacement towels when we intercepted the cleaning cart in the morning and whatever else within reason we desired. We were off-site for all of our meals mostly but we did have delivered pizza one late night from their own offered account; you can find the Dominoes stand downstairs. Simple! Cheap!
We were in the large pool a few times and I advise you to shower immediately after as my son developed a leg rash when being in the pool too long. The bar at the pool is lovely treat and the French fries are a yummy snack.
When we return we will use this same vaca plan again. Windham Gardens is a great alternative and though not extremely posh, (depending on your situation) it's very clean and the people are wonderful. It was a for for us.
Note: upon returning from Animal Disney park late at night, you will have to take a left and walk to the bus. It usually is parked a few rows in, in front of the white tent. Difficult as the staff we talked with at WG do not know how to describe this. But not unresolvable.
You will enjoy your stay, don't be too picky and rigid, enjoy the quirks (there are very few), then you'll be amazed at all you get for your money.
Yes, you're spending a bunch in this whole experience, but the memories are worth it.

"Resort price with a motel feeling"

Stayed at this hotel two nights and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. We stayed in the sunset tower and it was like a motel , it was dark , the ac when it kicked on made a very loud noise and you would have to turn up the tv. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and it was missing pieces of the ceiling. Customer service was awful, we went to park to check out and the guy wanted us to move up from where other people were parked and park in the fire lane ! Last time I checked exp being a cop you can’t park in the fire lane! I will never return to this hotel and it’s sad because I am a passholder and I stay at least one weekend a month at Disney.

"Proper rooms and nice pool"

We had a room in the spare building which felt like a motel. The room was very dark (you need to keep the curtains shut because of people passing by. The receptionist was not very friendly at checkin, but other staff members were very kind. The hotel has a super pool and good pool restaurant. They have a laundry room and a small shop for groceries and snacks. There's a free shuttle service to all of the Disney Parks.

"Bad decision. My worst hotel"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

Short review, this hotel is a bad option. Service is awful. Never in my life have a maid thrown away my food bag before and well this was my first time. It contained almonds, pistachios, macadamia cookies and Krispy Cream. This was really frustrated as we just bought this stuff a day ago. And going to a grocery involves using very defective elevators from the non tower building. Shuttle hotel service is really bad. They say every 30min. But we waited even an hour at a park then decided to go with a shuttle from another near by hotel, we suffer just to think about leaving the parks. They also charge 10dls for receiving packages. And 15dls for self parking. Right now I am still here staying at this hotel at room 2052 and wishing I had booked a Disney hotel like my last time here at orlando where they don't charge either car parking, packages are delivered to your room without a cost. And you get preferred bus service like for real every 15min. Next time you think about visiting this hotel think twice this is my first bad review of anything so I'm not a complainer. I didn't even call the hotel to point this problems.

"Great hotel "

We have stayed at this hotel for 30 years in its various incarnations and this is definitely the best it’s been. Fresh airy rooms and modern open public areas and the proximity to Disney springs are all winning elements .. the staff are efficient and friendly and most importantly the hotel is now split into two so the Wyndham is tower rooms only .., if you like outside rooms go for the Wyndham garden ... the view from the Disney side is great and the beds very comfortable .. we first stayed here in 1988 so it’s very close we to our hearts .. great for families and close to the action ... Disney shuttle is a bit sketchy but you can always get the Disney bus from the springs and be a little creative to get to your destination..

Amazing view of Disney Springs, Epcot Ball and we could see fireworks at Epcot.Pool area was very nice and had a place for kids to play. The outside of the hotel was really nice and well maintained. Well located hotel with great restaurants that aren't Disney affiliated which makes for an affordable trip. Disney springs is 5 minutes away. Will definitely be making another reservation for my next trip.
