"Best vacation ever"

This was the perfect vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the reservations and plans were simple to make. The hotel is nice and close to Disney parks and the shuttle service is convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Tip: The hotel walls are thin so you may hear your neighbors. Even though we were going to sleep early due to long days at the parks, it didn’t bother us too much. Just be conscious of your tv volume at night

Customer service was excellent, but the hotel itself.. It wasn't the nicest. I would have expected more from a Disney hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs"

our stay @ this resort was great however was not what we thought of being close to Sea World and for that we couldn't utilize any of the great things it offered upon arrival and paying $97 more on top of our cost for the stay because the trams only went to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks. So for the Cost of the whole stay and the cost of travels back and forth we would not be interested in future stays here.

"Orlando <3"
June, 2016
I used 'Reserve Orlando' for our trip. Those people were very accommodating as I had bumped up our free hotel to a nicer situation. We were so glad we did with WG.
I brought my son and my mother.
I was nervous not having a tower room that we would lack in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. We didn't lack for anything at all. We chose not to have housekeeping for the week we stayed and they politely left out rooms alone and offered us replacement towels when we intercepted the cleaning cart in the morning and whatever else within reason we desired. We were off-site for all of our meals mostly but we did have delivered pizza one late night from their own offered account; you can find the Dominoes stand downstairs. Simple! Cheap!
We were in the large pool a few times and I advise you to shower immediately after as my son developed a leg rash when being in the pool too long. The bar at the pool is lovely treat and the French fries are a yummy snack.
When we return we will use this same vaca plan again. Windham Gardens is a great alternative and though not extremely posh, (depending on your situation) it's very clean and the people are wonderful. It was a for for us.
Note: upon returning from Animal Disney park late at night, you will have to take a left and walk to the bus. It usually is parked a few rows in, in front of the white tent. Difficult as the staff we talked with at WG do not know how to describe this. But not unresolvable.
You will enjoy your stay, don't be too picky and rigid, enjoy the quirks (there are very few), then you'll be amazed at all you get for your money.
Yes, you're spending a bunch in this whole experience, but the memories are worth it.

"Not what we expected"

So, we had booked this hotel and apparently there are different sides.. the hotel itself is nice, lobby, customer service was great actually and the valet parking guys were really nice. Check in was quick, but once we got to this little bitty motel 6 room, uuummmm, it wasn't nice. It smelled like cigarettes and cleaning supplies. And it was small. Again, maybe I was expecting more. Went to the front desk and asked for a bigger room, or queen size beds. They weren't available. They said that they were in the towers. So we just got a refund and went to Caribe Royale. Better choice and around the same price. Again, the agents and employees were super nice. Just wasn't what we were looking for.

"Great customer service!"

My wife and I selected this hotel for a quick one night stay before heading back home. We wanted a hotel close to Disney Springs so we could enjoy some of the nightlife. The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located within walking distance to Disney Springs. The thing that set this off as a GREAT stay was the front desk customer service!!! We first encountered Dewan who gave us several options for our stay. After discussing this we decided to stay for the night and we had Deeb assist us. It was refreshing to have someone who believed in providing customer service. It is amazing to have someone who really seems to care about having the customer enjoy their stay. He took his time to explain the area and hotel grounds. He offered suggestions during our stay. Both these men offered World Class Service!! We definitely will be booking here again and bringing some friends. Keep up the good work!!

"They crash my rent car"

When I arrive to the hotel the lobby look nice but when I check in the problems began. They added an extra charge of $25 dollars to the rate of the hotel. When I past the lobby the hallway and elevator were dirty and smelly. The room had insects and was very smelly. The last day the valet parking crash my car and failed to inform me or tell me about it until I asked for the car. The day of check out they told me they couldn’t find my car and they wanted me to help them find it. On the way to find my car they told me that the night before they crash my car Against a wall. When I saw my car I not only the front was crash also they crash all the right side of the vehicle . Beware of valet parking if you want to stay in this hotel.

"Walk to disney Springs and shuttle to the Disney parks plus early access"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed June 20, 2018 NEW
My husband and I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista in late January this year for one week. Apart from the not so expected colder weather, we had a great time at this hotel. We did not use the pool ( too busy and the cold weather) but could see it from the veranda going around to our room and it looked cared for and welcoming in nicer times. The hotel had recently been given the accredittation by Disney and so we were allowed early access on certain days to different parks. Our only complaint about this was the shuttles did not offer the early service to get you there, apart from the Sunday when we got to Animal Kingdom early enough, because that shuttle was also going to Magic Kingdom and it opened to all the public at 8am as well. We ended up not using the early access although tried once for Magic Kingdom or Epcot forget which ( you go to same parking place and use the monorail to travel to the appropriate park ) and at Magic kIngdom we were too exhausted to stay after the fireworks to see if the shuttle had the later finish for us. The cafe area was good for cheaper meals and sandwiches and we did not use the dining room as we purchased cereal and milk for breakfast and ate our other meals either at Disney Springs or the parks. I like the location because it is close to Disneysprings and you do not need to rely on shuttles although they are available to the hotel after 6pm, though I could not find where they left from. One more shuttle problem was leaving Magic Kingdom. For some reason the destination tag at the hotel leads to the shuttle to Disney Springs not the hotel and at the opposite side of Disney Springs from our hotel, and as we could not locate our shuttle location we had a fairly long walk through to where we could see the hotel. An exploration showing just how large and diverse for restaurants and entertainment and shopping that centre has, but a bit too wearying for late nights after huge day at the park. Those shuttle problems need to be owned by the hotel, but they are a bit distant from it saying it is a different service organisation. I think they need to work it out with the shuttle company and perhaps they have now it has been more months since they got all the early access and more frequent shuttles. I loved the frequency by the way and have since found other hotels have much more limited times. You will not regret using this hotel. But I do warn you to stay away from the vacation plan sellers, they really do not give up easily until you say no quite a few times. If you ask them for assistance they should send you to the correct people not try and get you to a meeting you do not want to attend. In general I found the hotel staff could not do enough. They hold your bags for no extra for days when you arrive early or are leaving later than checkout and you can really use your extra time without worrying or carrying your luggage around. That is invaluable. This hotel is a good modest and well run hotel, and the Gardens although you do not get the best views, are cheaper with the same inclusions and the same lobby etc as the other part of the hotel.
