Perfect from arrival to departure, starting with professional valet. We were in the older section, and the rooms were excellent. I felt like a king.

Thank you,

"Best vacation ever"

This was the perfect vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the reservations and plans were simple to make. The hotel is nice and close to Disney parks and the shuttle service is convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Tip: The hotel walls are thin so you may hear your neighbors. Even though we were going to sleep early due to long days at the parks, it didn’t bother us too much. Just be conscious of your tv volume at night

Customer service was excellent, but the hotel itself.. It wasn't the nicest. I would have expected more from a Disney hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs"
July, 2016
our stay @ this resort was great however was not what we thought of being close to Sea World and for that we couldn't utilize any of the great things it offered upon arrival and paying $97 more on top of our cost for the stay because the trams only went to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks. So for the Cost of the whole stay and the cost of travels back and forth we would not be interested in future stays here.

"Orlando <3"
June, 2016
I used 'Reserve Orlando' for our trip. Those people were very accommodating as I had bumped up our free hotel to a nicer situation. We were so glad we did with WG.
I brought my son and my mother.
I was nervous not having a tower room that we would lack in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. We didn't lack for anything at all. We chose not to have housekeeping for the week we stayed and they politely left out rooms alone and offered us replacement towels when we intercepted the cleaning cart in the morning and whatever else within reason we desired. We were off-site for all of our meals mostly but we did have delivered pizza one late night from their own offered account; you can find the Dominoes stand downstairs. Simple! Cheap!
We were in the large pool a few times and I advise you to shower immediately after as my son developed a leg rash when being in the pool too long. The bar at the pool is lovely treat and the French fries are a yummy snack.
When we return we will use this same vaca plan again. Windham Gardens is a great alternative and though not extremely posh, (depending on your situation) it's very clean and the people are wonderful. It was a for for us.
Note: upon returning from Animal Disney park late at night, you will have to take a left and walk to the bus. It usually is parked a few rows in, in front of the white tent. Difficult as the staff we talked with at WG do not know how to describe this. But not unresolvable.
You will enjoy your stay, don't be too picky and rigid, enjoy the quirks (there are very few), then you'll be amazed at all you get for your money.
Yes, you're spending a bunch in this whole experience, but the memories are worth it.

Hotel is average in terms of amenities. 1 restaurant on site and it doesn't open until 5pm. Walking distance to Disney springs is convenient however you pay for this though the room price. Not sure I have seen so many taxes and fees added to a hotel bill before.

"Overall wonderful"

I usually stay on Disney property, but because of the last minute nature of this trip, I decided to stay elsewhere because of cost and availability. The room was wonderful and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I very much enjoyed the hotel. It is also a much quicker walk to Disney Springs than I was expecting. However, they advertise Disney bus service as a very specific amenity and it’s one of the reasons I picked this specific hotel. Their shuttles run every half an hour, depending on traffic, and I do understand a few minutes early or late. However, as I was trying to leave to fly home, a shuttle just did not show up at the parks and I had to wait an extra half an hour, putting me in jeopardy of being late for my flight. I contacted the hotel to see what was going on, and they basically told me that Disney contracts the buses and they don’t have a lot to do with it. They did call the shuttle dispatcher, who gave them incorrect info that the buses were running a bit ahead, and then they connected me to the dispatcher to talk it through with them as well, since I had been waiting long before when the shuttle would have shown up “early”. While I’d love to give them five stars, as it’s technically not the hotel’s fault, I was disappointed that they advertise a very specific service and weren’t willing to take more responsibility when something went wrong. While all the other shuttles ran reasonably on time, it is only offered every half an hour and sometimes that meant waiting quite awhile if you missed one, especially if they were running a bit late with traffic. In this specific instance, I was at the bus stop at 3:20, trying to take a 3:30 shuttle back to the hotel to catch a car for a 6:25 flight, because I was concerned about rush hour traffic both to the hotel and to the airport. Knowing that, and since I was traveling alone with a small child, I did try to do the responsible thing and leave early enough — only to have to wait until 3:55 for a bus that arrived at the hotel around 4:30. IF I were visiting Orlando for any reason other than Disney, or if I was planning to rent/use a car to get around, I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone in those circumstances. But, between the less frequent and somewhat unreliable shuttles, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone used to or expecting Disney transport — which is essentially what I feel is advertised as an official WDW partner hotel. I also ended up spending more than expected on car service to and from the hotel based on their estimate when I called to ask, and I would factor that into the cost of staying off property if you are used to the use of the Magical Express. On a positive, when I called bell services to explain what was going on and my concern for potentially missing my flight, they were amazing. Jorge was absolutely wonderful and helped us pack up & got us on our way to the airport quickly. Again, would ABSOLUTELY recommend hotel to anyone with an alternate type of transportation to/from the parks, or anyone staying for non-resort travel.

I booked a room with the courtyard view and the component of the hotel with exterior hallways. Some people might prefer the towers, I have to say the wing with exterior hallways is extremely convenient to the pool, lakeside restaurant. The outside area is great to walk. In addition, the lobby is phenomenal and extremely clean. Even though the ballroom restaurant was closed on Sundays for dinner. The hotel has the twenty-four hour market and the bar served food as well. The rooms was perfect and spotless. As for the employees who I encountered were polite and courteous. Check-in was a breeze and the young lady , wish I took her name, was extremely professional, patient, and courteous. As for parking, valet and self-parking, I chose valet. Location is the best as you are literally across the street from Disney Springs. The lobby was so enjoyable that I came down at four in the morning to read a book by the beautiful Christmas tree. This Wyndham was full of luxury. In addition, if you are a member of the Wyndham Program, the resort fee is reduced to $15 and the parking is reduced to $15. I will definitely return for a future visit. The rate which I received was definitely worth the money.

Great location for a Disney trip. You can sometimes get a good price for this location on Groupon but that always stick you in the courtyard rooms, it's worth the extra money for the newer room in the tower

I chose this hotel because it stated it was within walking distance to Disney Springs. It was. Easy check in, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Valet and self parking for same charge. I chose self parking ( my preference). Parking was easy and plenty of spaces to choose from. Our room was clean and everything worked. There was a fridge and coffee maker. At the hotel there was a restaurant, small cafe for something quick and a tiki bar where you could also get food. It took us about 7 minutes to walk to Disney Springs. There were quite a few pedestrians along the route that I really never felt unsafe. ( I had 2 young girls age 11 and 8 with me) On Sunday we chose to visit some Disney Hotels to see Christmas decorations. We walked to Disney Springs (around 9:30am) to catch buses to Disney hotels we were visiting. Great trip. I would stay at this hotel again.
