"Nice place"
April, 2018
The room are very nice. And big. I only give 4 stars because the shuttle to the parks are terrible from the resort.only 2 runs in the morning and only to Epcot. We had to use uber car all the time.we came from NY and didn't rent a car because they said they have shuttle to the parks. If u want to stay here you need a car.

"Wonderful Stay"
April, 2017
We had a wonderful, 2-night stay at WorldQuest. We had 3 adults and an 18-month old and were very comfortable in the two-bedroom condo. It was very nice to have a full kitchen, living room, screened-in balcony, and laundry in the unit. We also found the pool to be quite refreshing.

"Could be better"

Reception was welcoming and efficient. Housekeeping is extortionate if you take the option at $40 per day. First impression of our 3 bedroom apartment were great. Very spacious and well appointed. Great views over the pool from the 5th floor. WiFi was very poor but we were supplied passwords to adjoining rooms which improved things a little. Location was excellent, especially for Disney. Quiet and secluded with a really nice, slightly salty pool. Air conditioning was very welcoming in such humidity but so loud it woke us whenever it kicked in during the night. The jacuzzi bath in the en-suite kicked out black muck every time we tried to use it. Small ant infestation in the kitchen, and washer/dryer cupboard door was badly fitted/hanging out of the runners. We had a great holiday and none of the problems were bad enough to warrant a room change. It’s like hiring a private villa that’s closer to the parks with a decent usable pool.

First the Pros- -Excellent location to the Parks. 10 minutes tops! -Check in was smooth and easy,. -The staff extremely helpful and friendly. -The pool is fantastic and my children very much enjoyed it. -Fireworks visible in the distance. That's it for the Pro's! Now onto the Con's! -On entering our 3 bedroom villa we all noticed it was VERY dated and dark. -Lack of pots, pans, oven mitts, utensils, blender and numerous other kitchen items.Cracked bowls (I did call and immediately a frying pan and baking sheet were delivered) -Dishes (although clean) were still in the dishwasher. Really didn't want to empty someone else dishes the first day of a family vacation. -Broken lamp in living room. -Ants on the counters. -My daughter woke up with what we thought possible a heat rash but on further investigation it was bed bugs. NOT GOOD! No one came from housekeeping or a followup call when I reported it. We checked out and the Manager was very apologetic and offered to move us but we were checking out. In the Managers defense she took her time to listen to us and was very professional and caring. She did her best to rectify our concerns. "

"It was great and it was blah"

3 bedroom condo, huge living room. The initial awe factor was great. However the drum in the washer machine was disconnected and there is a ridiculous 47 dollar charge for housekeeping (16 for fresh towels). A store for high price items. The pool was great! There patio furniture in the units and at the pool needs to be updated but all in all not too bad but not the Taj Mahal either

"Very nice suite for the money"

Reviewed August 27, 2018 NEW
Overall, a very nice stay. Impressed with the size of suites for the price. Our unit was very clean on arrival. Nice to have the extra space for a long week. Kitchen was clean. Short on a few supplies, but we got by. Not well stocked with dishware or extras (no blender), etc. Room and building felt secure. We had a few cockroaches in the evenings appear. I either squashed them with a shoe or grabbed them with a paper towel. We were on the 4th floor too. Made sure we kept food sources to a minimum too. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit. Swimming pool seemed dirty during our stay. Lots of debris in pool. There was a 2 year old toddler who pooped in the pool one afternoon who was with a foreign family, not wearing a swimming diaper. We reported it and nothing was done after waiting nearly an hour. So we packed up and left the pool area for the day since my daughter was grossed out. No fault of the hotel, but a lot of foreign guests were very rude and invasive of our space. This seems to be a larger problem Orlando and the Disney Parks are facing, a very apparent level of rudeness from non-citizens visiting and staying in the Orlando area. Visiting the USA is a privilege not a right. Be respectful. Not too many restaurant options nearby, even need to drive a ways for food options. We bought groceries so ate in our suite most of the time anyway.

"Needs Upgrades..."
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed August 25, 2018 NEW
Been coming to this resort since 2011...everything is still the same which is good and bad. Pros: -Check in is very smooth, they charge the entire stay upfront until you check out. -Upgraded wifi, each room has their own router, internet is fast. Download speeds of 80mbps and upload of 90+mbps. Not bad at all for a resort. Perfect for gaming if you are staying a while and its raining outside. -All tvs are LCD HD, hdmi ports open & usb if you wanted to bring an apple tv or firestick. -Full kitchen with utensils -Depending on the room, everyone has their own full bathroom. -Full couch, loveseat -Big kitchen table, seats 8 people. -AC goes down to 58 degrees F -Washer/dryer -Tiki Bar w/decent menu for food -Not bad for $160 a night for a 3bd/3bath, full kitchen, living room etc.. Cons: -If you like sleeping on a thin mattress and feeling every single spring, this place is for you. Your kids will love jumping on the beds because when they do the possibility of them shooting through the ceiling and into the room above is very high. So obviously the mattresses should be upgraded because they look exactly the same from when I came in 2011. -Furniture needs some serious upgrades. its still the same from 2011, some pieces look like they are holding together for dear life. -Towels, we had 6 people for our stay and only 4 towels provided... -Finding a luggage cart is equivalent to finding a unicorn that farts candy, its every man for himself to get those. Most people take them and hoard them until departure. -Cleaning fees, do yourself a solid and just have them take trash and refresh towels($6per day) so your not paying $40+ tax each day to clean your entire room. -Resort fees $20 per day includes free parking (-_-), wifi, pool toys, shuttle service to parks. Overall stay was good, quiet, sleep quality was horrible, besides that it is great place to stay, prices are always good, and the customer service is always up to par.
