DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service, room was filthy, arrived and there was dried urine on the toilet seat, a stain on the master bedroom sheets which housekeeping had obviously not changed from the previous guests stay, there was a clump of hair on the bed in the second bedroom, the bathroom floors had filth on them and had obviously not been washed in a long time! After speaking with a manager, we waited hours for the room to be cleaned and the manager did nothing about this besides give us a free drink voucher which was valid for only sodas or draft beers and could be used at the tiki bar which was not even open at night. The manager also told us that the cleaning fee would be waived for the dirty room that we were given and this fee was never waived at the end of our stay. The resort charged our card three charges of outstanding amounts which they still claim to "not know what they are for" and we are now having to take the issue up with our bank to have these charges disputed. The resort at one point had 1,400$ on hold of our money for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay for only 109 per night. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel staff. The staff does not know what they are doing and the housekeeping is horrific. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!

This resort is very close to all the Disney parks. We were able to watch fire works from the different parks unless we were at the park to watch them live. The resort is very quiet, the pool area is awesome. if you are looking for a nice, quiet place close to everything this is a place to stay.

The best part about this hotel is the pool. It's very large and clean. The poolside tiki bar had decent food. We had a 2 br 2 bath condo room with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The space is great and the full kitchen is convenient, but overall the rooms were a little dated. Our key didn't work when we arrived and we had to wait for the maintenance crew to replace the lock.

"An extravagant resort with a Tiki Bar/Bartender to care for you after being decimated by the the parks!"

After walking 5-10 miles a day for nearly a week on a visit with my in-laws, I came to know and appreciate the Tiki Bar and great bartender, Laval. His attention to all patrons, humor, and sympathy for the beat-up travelers, places this destination a spot above any else at Disney. Make it a must on your trip to Orlando, come say hello to Laval, and sit by the pool and enjoy a nice refreshment and relax by the Tiki Bar, you'll be glad you did! James Marlett
