"Nice place"
April, 2018
The room are very nice. And big. I only give 4 stars because the shuttle to the parks are terrible from the resort.only 2 runs in the morning and only to Epcot. We had to use uber car all the time.we came from NY and didn't rent a car because they said they have shuttle to the parks. If u want to stay here you need a car.

"Wonderful Stay"
April, 2017
We had a wonderful, 2-night stay at WorldQuest. We had 3 adults and an 18-month old and were very comfortable in the two-bedroom condo. It was very nice to have a full kitchen, living room, screened-in balcony, and laundry in the unit. We also found the pool to be quite refreshing.

"Great place to stay with large family "

Stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. Requested a view of the pool and that is exactly what we got. Rooms are very spacious and enjoyed each room having their own bathroom. The rooms could do with a little updated decor but we were very happy with location and cleanliness. Close to Disney Springs and Vineland factory outlets. Totally enjoyed the pool. For the price we will stay there again

"Large but disgusting apartment"

We stayed for 5 nights while my youngest was at a competition locally. When we checked in, we were told that they didn’t have the 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom we reserved and we needed to stay in a smaller room. After expressing my frustration, they found a room with 3 beds but only 2 baths. Worse, I called the day before we arrived to confirm the reservation. But, errors happen and I wouldn’t be upset if the rest of the stay went well. However… Cleanliness: dirt and mildew on the collapsed couch, hair and a banana sticker in one bed under the covers, food on the floor in the kitchen, dishes with food and grease on them in the cupboard, cutlery with food on them in the drawer, lipstick on curtains in the master bedroom, deep red stains on two areas of the carpet throughout the place, curtain in the kitchen was broken, and food on the dining chairs. Also, despite a no pet policy, there was a pile of dog excrement in the stairwell. We contacted the front desk at 9:30pm after we checked in about the conditions of the place. We were told a maintenance person would be there immediately and the room would be “deep cleaned” the next day. A maintenance man showed up at 11:23pm knocking on the door to fix anything. Argh. For the “deep clean” the sheets were changed but the couch remained untouched and food remained on chairs. We had already cleaned all of the dishes and cutlery. Location: the best part about this place is its location close to Disney, Celebration, and the many attractions. However, our building was also near the expressway and the doors and windows are not tight. So, noise is an issue. Noise: You can hear people in other rooms above and beside and we were unlucky that they liked to party late into the night. Also, being next to the expressway provided a loud, but thankfully constant, hum. Size: Fantastic to have a suite that could accommodate multiple people but we had to place towels on the collapsed coach and chairs before we dared sit down. Please note that a towel change cost $6. There were new mattresses placed outside a building when we were packing so maybe they are updating some of the decrepit furnishings. I advise checking with the management that the room you book is one that has been updated and cleaned. Please know that we contacted the management not only during our stay but twice after leaving. We did not receive any return contact from them since leaving.

"Lots of Space to Accommodate Large Travel Groups"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed July 10, 2018 NEW
My family was a party of 5 - me, my husband, his sister, and his parents and we took a family trip to Orlando last month and stayed at this resort. The units at this place are very spacious and can comfortably accommodate families or large travel groups like us. Our suite had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen,a living room, a DVD player, strong Wifi signal, and a balcony, which looks out to a beautiful view of a pond. Everything was nice and clean, the water pressure from the showers were perfect, and the beds were comfortable. It was so quiet at this place that I almost forgot that other people were staying at this resort too. WorldQuest is also a 15-minute drive from Disney World, a 30-minute drive to Universal Studios, and a close drive to other restaurants and stores. However, if you're a person who uses a lot of toilet paper or soap/shampoo, I would suggest that you bring some of your own stuff because they will not re-stock their items that are provided for the duration of your stay. You will also need to provide your own dish soap if you intend on doing any cooking at this place. I have docked one star off my rating because I noticed that they do not properly enforce their gate security. We would arrive back at the resort late at night around 10:30p.m. and there was nobody guarding the post, which meant anyone could just easily enter. If you do not have a car and are looking for accommodation that is walking distance to major attractions and/or entertainment, I would not recommend this place for you, unless you are willing to spend a lot on an Uber or Taxi. For me and our family, we went out every single day, had a rental car, and would only be at the resort to eat, sleep, and freshen up, so this place adequately met all our needs. I would definitely come back here in the future.

"Love the location"

Stayed in a three bedroom. Location to Disney is great but we advise renting a car. We used the kitchen for some meals and requested a few additional cooking items which came very promptly. Had a minor maintenance problem and Omar very quickly and efficiently took care of it. All of the staff that we encountered were helpful and pleasant. We declined the daily housekeeping and only used the every other day towel service. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed with another family in a 3 bedroom room. Clean, staff was prompt and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable to sleep and stay in. We fully used the full kitchen and took advantage of cooking some meals ourselves. Great rate for the week!
