This resort seems to have it all The room we were in (#4203) was comfortable with 2 Queen beds, WIR and TV on the wall, there is also a partition door you could close between the Bedroom and sitting room (it did not block light out to the bedroom when the light was on) the seperate bathroom had a vanity basin and mirror with shower over the bath, a seperate vanity area with basin and mirror and seperate toilet off the bedroom so 3 people could use the amenities at the same time. The seperate sitting room had 2 chairs and a pull out sofa bed, two coffee tables and a lamp for extra light. The kitchenette consisted of coffee maker, microwave, fridge ice bucket and sink also plastic cups, plates and cutlery. The cleaners were very quick and did our room early which we like. We have stayed here two previous years before in different rooms and this room was starting to look a little rough with some burns on the linoleum in the kitchenette and holes in the carpet just inside the door and the lamp had 3 lights that you could alter the angle, they just drooped and the coffee tables were very wobbly. Also every time someone flushed the toilet the sink in the kitchen gurgled. The fridge door didn’t close unless you pushed it hard as it caught on the cupboard door next to it. The Restauant (Bayliner Diner) downstairs was very handy if you didn’t want to go out for a meal. It was convenient food not restaurant fine dining, more designed for the family or just a snack. (We liked to eat out during the day and then have a snack downstairs at night) And of course Starbucks and the Souvenir Shop. We also utilised there all you can drink cup for the length of your stay offer, and the free shuttle across to Universal and City Walk. Has paid car parking for self drivers and is within easy reach of Disneyworld, Shopping Outlets, Florida/Millennia Malls, International Dr and all the other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fine, nothing special but nothing really wrong with our stay. One complaint is that the hotel is not smoke-free and smokers seem to be able to smoke where ever they please outside. Every single time we left our building, someone was smoking right outside the door, and we encountered smokers along the walking paths multiple times during our stay. There were also many cigarette butts littered along the walking path.

I booked this hotel on the reviews I read. Well let me tell you not all the staff way helpful at all. I care in on Nov 25 to Dec 1. Issues: The gate at Continental side building six. The gate will not open you had to push and pull that gate for it to open. Getting in and out of the parking you also had to call to get in and out. I had them fix my room keys so I will times so that this will not happen after the third time I gave up. I had called to have room service come and clean our rooms we were in our rooms when they come in at 9 AM in the morning. So I asked him to come back another time. When I called room service for them to come and clean the room the lady gave me an excuse saying that it was already past the time to clean and they would not be able to send anybody. I asked her why because this sounds like a really bad excuse. When the house keeper told me to just call and they will come. She hung up on me and so I called back again and another lady said not a problem and she will send someone up. I also asked to take to the manager about the other girl. The same thing happen when I asked for pillows to me room. 1st lies and said they where out and the hung up on me. Called back again and they other lady said no problem. As for the hotel I can tell you for sure not to stay I got bit by something in the middle of the nick my neck was all red. I did asked them to change the bed sheets. I was leaving the hotel anyways.

Stayed 4 nights at this resort.I would describe it as Moderate Plus. We stayed in a tower family suite which was a nice size for a party of 3.There are no real full services restaurants on site other than the bar food offerings at Galaxy Bowl which has limited hours (not open until noon). The food options are cafeteria style and while there were multiple choices of hot food stations, the quality was average. I had a chicken flatbread pizza that had zero flavor and the chewy consistency was unappetizing. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs that that tasted like Spaghettio's. The Starbuck's on site is great. We stayed in a tower family suite which was a nice size for a party of 3. However the bath towels were exceptionally thin and small, barely bigger than a couple of hand towels. Seems they could do better there.Lastly, while several of the walls in the room appeared to be freshly painted, the quality of the paint job was laughable. There was paint on the mirror, the light fixtures and overspray of a dark color onto a white wall. Not a huge deal in the context of things but I think it speaks to just a general lack of attention to detail which seemed to be a recurring theme .Lastly, we were enjoying a game of bowling at Galaxy Bowl on Sunday evening. We were excited to get a lane immediately upon walk in around 8:45pm. We completed 1 game in about 30 minutes and thought we were moving at a great pace for just the 3 of us which included my 12 yr old celebrating her birthday. At about 45 minutes into play and around frame 7 of the second game, we were told that we had to leave in 5 minutes because they had a large party waiting that needed the empty lane next to us and our lane to accommodate their group (there were other single lanes open). I told them we only had a few frames left to finish our game that we likely only needed 15 minutes and told them we were celebrating my daughters birthday. They basically said sorry, you have to leave. Very poor customer service and poor approach. Worst case, they could have easily suggested we moved to one of the other open lanes. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service by that staff.
