"Best Western? Best Resort Western"

This resort is more like home away from home. The rooms are more like a town house in which it feels like home. I would diffenitly stay here again the resort was on top of everything. Very clean updated and everything you could possibly need on vacation.

"Good but needs work"
June, 2016
Didn't receive cleaning or towels on day 1. Called and they brought towels. They don't have wash clothes only received 4 one time that week even after asking. They have bath towels, rugs, and medium hand towels. Socks and feet were very black from the floors even on day 1. Looks like haven't mopped well in a while. Throughout the whole week there we didn't get the floors swept. Don't like seeing crumbs in the kitchen and living room. Cleaning only consisted of new big towels, making beds, and trash.
3 bedroom villa was nice with small kitchen corner and living room. It accommodated our family and was near attractions. Staff was nice. Will look for cleaner and more spacious kitchen living area next time.

"Average"
June, 2016
A very average choice in hotels. The price however was good for our budget and since we didn't stay longer than 5 days at Disney we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. The pool and grounds were great for our kids. The pond, fountains and basketball court were a great idea but the front desk only had one basketball available and it was flat. Overall it was a very average experience.

"It's a gem! Nice little condos!"
April, 2016
I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The grounds are beautiful with creeks and moss in the trees. My daughter really liked the playground. The two bedroom was spacious with the living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs had another bath & two bedrooms (1 King & 2 double beds). This is great for a family of six and close to the Disney parks. If your looking to stay on Irlo Bronson, this a good choice.

The room comes with a wet bar and microwave. Prime location, steps away from Disney springs. The pool was lacking for a Disney resort. Chips and slices is a nice spot to stop for a cheap meal for breakfast/lunch. $6 breakfast sandwich and $7 sandwiches are amazing prices for Disney LoL the spa is amazing but overpriced like every other hotel spa. Bunny’s are all over the property. <3

"Perfect for Universal or Disney trip"

So much roomier to have an affordable Villa than a hotel room or suite. This is far from new but is very well maintained and clean. I cannot comment on the pool as the first we spent at Volcano Bay and the next two in Universal. It is a 20 minute ride to Universal, closer to Disney. We stayed 4/29 - 5/2

We spent 10 days here in mid May and I have been debating about this review ever since. First I would say we really enjoyed our time here. Our 2 bedroom villa (mid terrace town house) was well situated with a patio looking out on the water where we had visits from ducks, squirrels, red cardinals as well as a domestic cat. There was a beautiful fountain in the lake outside our villa (this was timed to only play during the day) and white wooden walkways to various other parts of the resort. We were about a 5 minute walk from the pool, but opted to drive there due to my husbands mobility issues. The pool was small but never crowded and the water never cold - pool towels were provided at poolside. Coffee was available all day in the lobby and there was a restaurant (we had breakfast there once) and a bar which we never saw open (although we didn't visit the area at night). Our villa consisted of a downstairs shower room with wc, a lounge with a dining table and 4 chairs and a sofa. The kitchen was divided by a half wall and had a microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob but no oven and was equipped with plenty of pots, cutlery and pans. The whole resort was very quiet during our visit except for one night when the bullfrogs in the lake were very loud! and on the weekend there was a group of people being very loud very late into the night. As stated, we enjoyed our stay but my debate about the review comes down to 2 minor issues. 1. On our second day,the bi-fold door of the closet in the master bedroom came off. It was very heavy, but we managed to prop it up at one side and then called into the lobby and reported it. The lady was very off-handed about it and said it would be seen to. At the end of our stay it still had not been fixed. I reported it again on leaving to a guy who seemed more concerned. Had there been children with us it could have caused a nasty accident had it fallen on them. 2. Housekeeping never left us any replacement dishwasher powder until I left a note asking for some. They kept omitting different towels, once a dish towel, then a bathmat, another time a bath towel (although we were never short of the latter). They also left a pile of dirty towels in the downstairs bathroom one day. As stated, we enjoyed our stay, but these minor issues made me down grade a little.

First of all let me start out giving my one and only positive thing about this resort. We arrived around 2:30pm and they had our room available. When we arrived to the unit the door looked so bad like someone beat it. The kitchen was very tight and had peeling cabinets and barely any utensils. One of the cabinet doors was hitting against the ceiling light when you opened it. There was a huge stain on the stairs and so many nicks in the walls. The corners of the rooms were so filthy and the vent in the upstairs bathroom was very very dirty. I called and asked for extra pillows and they stated someone will bring me some. Well that someone never came. We didn't have any garabage bags and they didn't even come to empty the trash. We had to hunt someone down to get extra towels. The walls were paper thin. Called the front desk to complain about the noise next door and still remained noisy. The phone has a button that says front desk and when you press it it always busy. So my husband had to drive to the office and he said oh you just have to press 0. Then why have a phone with the button that says front desk. Also he went up the office to complain out one of the outlets not working but come to find out it works by the light switch which could of saved him a trip to the office if the phone had been labeled correctly. They had an old cd clock radio who uses those anymore? Parking was scarce at night. If you came in to late you would have to double park. It was told to use that they have 2 alligators on property and they do have signs up. It was 7 people in a 3 bedroom and we felt very cramped. We could not all mingle in the living room downstairs it was just to tight. Never will stay here again.

The service was very good here. We had a great time and the villas are beautiful. It was very nice and quiet and we loved our stay here. We plan to go back in the future when we can. We stayed in a spacious villa with a downstairs and upstairs. There is a television downstairs and upstairs in each bedroom. We did have one issue with the sink but they promptly came to repair it. It had a full kitchen which saved us money from eating out all the time. It also had a bathroom downstairs and upstairs. We also enjoyed the fact that they allow pets because we have a small dog and they have a very nice dog park to walk the dog and a playground for kids.
