Large Rooms, confusing entrance(no worries), clean, you could tell where they were saving money...toilet paper, soaps, etc...Huge pool, nice Hot tub, great location...I ended up leaving my phone charger in the room. I contacted the hotel and there were great about finding it and holding it until my daughter picked it up for me. Thanks Nick!!!

"Great hotel for the price with lovely pool"

If your looking for a hotel that’s close to Disney, sea world, and 15 mins to universal ( via turkey lake rd) then for the price you couldn’t do better than this one .. what I liked is after the crowds of universal, was lovely to come back and have the huge pool to yourselves ! .. our room was ok, it was clean and tidy as was the whole hotel and if your staying in Orlando for the theme parks your not really going to use the hotel facilities of any of the off park hotels .. yes they could open all the windows and air the place and that’s all it needs ..but then everyone would moan that it was too hot as the air con wouldn’t work .. what I’d advise is book the hotel and what you save against the other hotels is use the difference to buy fast track tickets ! ... I’d definitely go back ..

"Nice hotel with the potential to be great"

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and that in itself shows we think it is very nice. Yes it has areas that could be improved but for the price paid it is great. The hotel is a little tired and it is very quiet, and can understand some of the negative comments made but we have stayed at more expensive hotels and had more negatives. If you want quiet, clean and no frills this is fine. Yes it could do with money spending on it to put it back to the standards of former days, but then we would not pick it up in the low £30 per night + resort fee for parking/internet. The rooms are fairly large, pool good, sunbeds not so good, parking good (more lights would be nice), bathroom fine and adequate wardrobe space. The area around is quiet and you need a car but everything is accessible from the hotel. We will stay here again.

Was visiting for Spring Break and didn't realize we needed an extra day until the last minute. We were staying at another well known chain closer to Seaworld and when I went to add the extra day, they were booked. I booked this on Priceline as it came up as a four star hotel and I've done good with Priceline before so I have it a try. Ummmmmm Priceline got this sooooo wrong, this is no way a four star hotel. The reviews prepared me for the confusing entry so that was the least of my worries. The hotel looks abandoned. The landscaping is completely neglected. The hotel lobby smelled so bad, very old. Very sad because this place has a lot of potential. Check in was easy, there was no one there. When we got up to our floor, it smelled better but seemed like a ghost town. The vending machines were out of order. The room was dated and the beds were small. A little bigger than twin size. The room was surfaced cleaned well but could use a deep cleaning. The furniture is old. I wouldn't sit on the lounge chair because it looked filthy. We had a pool view but it was no big deal because the landscaping was dreadful. We went out to dinner and as we returned we looked at the windows and there were no lights on anywhere as if the hotel was empty. The pool was nice and empty and there is a hot tub. We never went near it though, just not inviting. This place really needs someone to bring life to it, it has so much potential. They really need to get rid of that smell in the entire lobby! Wasn't interested in breakfast there. We left as soon as we woke up in the morning. I've seen most motels with a better vibe than this place. If you are very picky like me, this is far from four star.
