"Very comfy stay...Will visit again!!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

We were here in March for our anniversary trip and our entire stay was very comfortable and hassle free. Though we reached late at night, there was a nice lady to receive us at the reception and checked us in within 5 minutes. I read reviews of people saying this place is hard to find in night but that wasn't the case with us, the GPS takes you directly to the hotel gate. The place was very clean and tidy with a friendly staff. Our room was very clean too with a nice pool view. The house keeping staff was really appreciable for keeping things in order and maintaining the room well. Overall it was a great experience and is a must stay family place and that too in budget.

"Great hotel for the price!"

We got a great deal on trivago. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Rooms were clean, except for the carpets, which were old and had a couple burn marks and stains. Staff was very friendly and carried our bags upstairs when we couldnt find a luggage cart.

"Great Price as long as you are ok with Zero customer service."

This hotel is in a GREAT location and for the price it is worth the lack of customer service. The wireless internet is almost nonexistent throughout the entire hotel (<1Mbs - yes under 1 Mbs anywhere in the hotel day or night). If you need the internet for work, I would suggest a different hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Very quiet the week we were there.

"Strange layout, hard to find, but a really nice stay. "

I'm giving this hotel five stars despite the strange layout and it being hard to find because we had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and large, the hotel itself was nice, and the staff was friendly. I wish we had had the right weather for pool time because it looked amazing. The price was right and we were close to food and attractions. I wish we could have parked closer to the building but that's really nothing to complain about. This hotel was great for our little family of three and we would consider staying here again.

"It did the trick"

We stayed here for a week. We arrived at night, and GPS failed us - said we'd arrived when there was no driveway. It took us a while to find the hotel - turns out there is a sign, but the lettering is on the side of the sign for another facility. I'm including a photo so you will know what to look for. The hotel itself is beautiful. They were doing some maintenance while we were there, rewaxing the floors in the hall near the check in and power washing the cabanas. The good things about this hotel include the beautiful public areas, the pool, the hot tub, and the Pineapple Grill which serves a lovely breakfast at a rate comparable to IHOP. The room actually is what brought my review down from 5 stars to 3. It was adequate, but worn. There were spots on the carpet, not a big deal but they were there so I'm noting them. Our room had 2 broken lamps - one on the table had the lightbulb hanging at a sideways angle, but since it turned on at the base was able to be used. The other, a floor lamp set up behind a reading chair, did not work and staff were unable to fix it or replace it, apparently. We ended up moving the reading chair to use the lamp on the table. We originally had issues with the television having audio subtitles (describing what was going on on the screen, must be something for visually impaired viewers) that staff was unable to help us turn off. Somehow we did get it off, but the color on the tv was horrible - all of the shadowed area was blurred out in red or green. We didn't bother to try having that fixed as staff hadn't been that knowledgeable about the tv. We didn't go to Florida to watch tv, but it would have been nice to watch a show before bed. The coffee maker only takes special coffee pods. I like light roast coffee - they didn't offer any. I bought my own coffee, but didn't have a way to put it into a special pod. Also, we had the same two coffee cups they entire stay - one had a chip on the bottom. This means that the cups were being washed in the room by hand, somehow. Not truly sanitary, nor what is allowed by many states. I did ask how they were being washed, and was told they were put in a dishwasher, but I was in the room one day when housekeeping came by and the cups were not removed from the room, nor did they have clean cups on a cart to exchange with cups in the room. Finally, the towels that are provided for the pool are literally the size of large hand towels - not even as big as the towels provided for showering. We brought our own beach towels, so not a real issue for us, but you can ask for more than one of theirs if you don't bring your own. We got the room at a good rate, and it was adequate for our needs. I was asked to pay an additional resort fee of $6.95 per day, which I saw in another review was a wifi fee, but it was not mentioned as a wifi fee to us. We loved the pool and hot tub, and wish we would have gone to the Pineapple Grill before the last morning of our trip, because we would have gone there more. The staff were very nice, even if they were unable to help fix some of our issues. We would certainly return.
