"Not a "Resort""
July, 2016
This MOTEL is not what it looks on the website. They have 5 stunning pools, ah one per building and not maintained. The pool water was hot and had lots of chlorine. My husband found a roach in the bathroom. My lil one has asthma and mildew is his number one trigger, and yes it was bad when in just a few hours he was sneezing and then thethe wheezing came. We had to checkout and check into a different hotel because my childs health was compromised. One of the hotel staff did say, that they have had mildew and bed bugs in the past. I would have to say a positive would be it's location and the various establishments near by. I purchased this as a package deal that included two parks.
Tip: Looks and smells like a motel on the side of the road. But, the front desk staff and restaurant buffet staff are friendly.

The rooms are average, clean. Could use an upgrade. They are worth $50 per night, not the $125 they say they normally get. The pool was very nice.
Tip: Their breakfast buffet for $7.95 per person. Go to Dennys for better food.

"Only stay here if you cant afford anything else!!"
June, 2016
HORRIBLE place inside. The outside is cute and the pool looks good. BUUUUT then you go inside. The instant you are there at check in they try to get you to buy more stuff lol and then when you get to your room it is just horrible. The inside of our bathroom was moldy looking and had a couple roaches. The "Cleaning" man thought that my money left on the counter was his "tip" he said because he took it! It took me 3days to get it back because he was always "busy" or not around. Just would not stay there again. Was not pleased at all. The hotels we stayed at on the way down for only $42 was nicer! (road trip from texas). Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room since we were at Disney.
Tip: Roaches, Theft, Dirty

I called ahead to see if we could use the shuttle to Disney the day we were staying the night. I was told ues no problem. I arrived and asked about the shuttle and eas told that I needed to be checked in to use the shuttle. She told me they had never done that. I told her what I was told over the phone and she handed me a blank room key and said it might work. I actually had no problem but it caused a great deal of anxiety. Room was ok but not worth the price.
Tip: Shuttle times to Disney are extremely limited and there is no guarantee you will get a ride.

Front desk was very friendly, however the room was very worn down. The cabinet was missing a door the blankets and carpets were stained in several different spots i ended up removing the blankets from the beds all together and using ones we brought.

"I am not a picky traveler. My first negative review for any hotel. Stay Away."

Probably my first really negative review on here. I arrived for check-in a bit after 11pm. Good thing at that time, no line no waiting. Was assisted right away but without a smile. While she (didn't get her name but late 40's early 50's woman red spiky hair) was checking us in the telephone rang several times and she simply hung up on the caller. First let me say that she sent me to the wrong building number on the opposite of side of the facility. Well no such room. After driving around the property we found our room on the opposite side of the property which she directed us to and drew on the map. The room was less than adequate. Small uncomfortable beds, stained quilt, small pillows, dirty carpet, smelled like cigarette's. Bathroom was very small, chipped paint falling off, hole in the wall behind the door. The bathroom did not flush so the first night we overcame and used a bucket and flushed manually. The next morning I called the front desk and not to my surprise they did not answer. I called the reservation line and that line of course was picked up right away. I told them the problem and to my surprise, a maintenance man showed up within minutes. he flushed the toilet and said ok it flushes. I told him to stand by for a bit to see if the toilet tank fills up. Of course it never did and I advised the maintenance man that it was the flapper which was probably dried up and needed replacing. he agreed with me and assured me that it would be repaired by the time we got back from Magic kingdom. Well, NOPE. It was not fixed and we continued to flush with a bucket like back in the old days. The room Does have a minifridge and coffee maker, iron and ironing board. It is in a great location and the price is very cheap. I should have known. From here on in I pay more to get more. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Spend a bit more to receive much more. To management and ownership, the lady working the desk on Saturday night 2/18 with red spikey hair (may be the MOD) needs to go to Disney College and receive some serious customer service training.

"Clean room was an oasis inside of hotel"

I (an older female) arrived at night after trying to locate hotel near hospital where I was visiting CCU patient. The starkly bare lobby was not what I would have expected for a hotel and front desk had shutters down with a sign to call a number. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned. Manager then arrived and was friendly and helpful in taking care of some clients problems. He told me that my room was ready and clean. The hallways seemed dark and drab, but when I opened the door to my room I was very relieved for the cleanliness and security. My room was very clean, did not see dust anywhere and bedding was crisp and clean. Bathroom looked like I was first to use facility. Everything was sparkling clean. What a relief after cold lobby and drab hallways. I had never stayed in extended stay hotel before and was not familiar with areas of town, so this was first experience. All went well.

Rooms that have a balcony for smokers shouldn't be next to non-smokers. We were able to smell the cigarettes in our room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.. Other wise everything else was great ! We didn't bother eating the hotel breakfast since we saw bad reviews about it so we ate outside instead. The staffs was super friendly & helpful.
