Tip: The only thing is general store and ameneties were not available for guests who already paid and were there..they were set to open when new arrivals checked which was very disappointing and unfair.

"Not Bad"

A nice place for the price. It is not loud at night and is close to Disney. We had a couple of small issues, we paid for a pool side view from our room and did not get it, but overall nice stay.

This was my first time going to FL and I booked this hotel with my Disney ticket package. Pulling up to the hotel it seemed beautiful already! problem was I had a hard time trying to find my room because there was about 5 different buildings :( we walked into our room my wife, son, and I and we got a room with two beds. the sheets looked outdated but the beds were comfortable. We then decided to go swimming and the pool was super big and warm! Didn't know at night they also show a movie so we got to swim and watch a movie super great hotel!!

"Not a "Resort""
July, 2016
This MOTEL is not what it looks on the website. They have 5 stunning pools, ah one per building and not maintained. The pool water was hot and had lots of chlorine. My husband found a roach in the bathroom. My lil one has asthma and mildew is his number one trigger, and yes it was bad when in just a few hours he was sneezing and then thethe wheezing came. We had to checkout and check into a different hotel because my childs health was compromised. One of the hotel staff did say, that they have had mildew and bed bugs in the past. I would have to say a positive would be it's location and the various establishments near by. I purchased this as a package deal that included two parks.

Tip: Looks and smells like a motel on the side of the road. But, the front desk staff and restaurant buffet staff are friendly.

The rooms are average, clean. Could use an upgrade. They are worth $50 per night, not the $125 they say they normally get. The pool was very nice.

"Only stay here if you cant afford anything else!!"
June, 2016
HORRIBLE place inside. The outside is cute and the pool looks good. BUUUUT then you go inside. The instant you are there at check in they try to get you to buy more stuff lol and then when you get to your room it is just horrible. The inside of our bathroom was moldy looking and had a couple roaches. The "Cleaning" man thought that my money left on the counter was his "tip" he said because he took it! It took me 3days to get it back because he was always "busy" or not around. Just would not stay there again. Was not pleased at all. The hotels we stayed at on the way down for only $42 was nicer! (road trip from texas). Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room since we were at Disney.

Outdated and lots of broken and worn fixtures. We had a toilet that doesn't stop running, broken door lock, and wi-fi that keeps resetting and you have to reenter the password. Outdated signage such as maps that show paddle boats (none there) a kids play area on floor 2 (boarded up and locked), loose and rotted decking and fencing. Mold stains all over the walkways from air conditioning drainage. Good to sleep and shower if you go to the parks all day if you get a good price. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean pool.

Staff great especially Christine Jones at the desk (Ruby Wax lookalike !) plus the caretaker dont know his name great guy also. Friendly helpful and had a great sense of humour ! would come again defo. 3 star ok the rooms could be updated. as long as they are clean and the services work good enough for me. tried the Pizza in house tasted good the man cooked to my spec that i ordered. Also the breakfast omelettes. Lush ! Must not forget the other people at the other desk organising the trips and shuttles and buses they were cool too.

So,I came here a year ago back in November Friends and I love coming to Orlando every year and this was one of the hotels we had stayed at, I didn't have any issues, they kept our room neat and clean.Changed our towels and organized our beds[I have 1 friend who is messy and likes to keep his room undone and when we came back every time it was done properly] the AC is very cool. They have a bar by the pool and the pool was clean and everyone there was nice. I will admit there some people who are pretty loud, so yeah !I didn't have any problems at all with bugs,so I would say give it a shot for the price it is good but do not expect too much, either.

Stayed here Labor Day weekend for family trip. When we arrived the room smelled clean and not moldy. Furniture was outdated but we didn’t mind. Now cleanliness on the other hand is completely lacking and leaves too much to desire. One of the beds had bedbugs and I got bit all over. The cleaning staff obviously did not change our sheets just readjusted them. Bathroom was falling apart. Don’t waste a single dime. This is worse than what you pay for.

I stayed in this hotel because my company booked for all the staff. At the beginning I had no problems with the hotel, until I started notice somethings... For example: Among all the ice machines that the hotel has to offer, only ONE was working... the same problem with the soda machines. Another problem that I had was with the house keeping staff: On Thursday (9/1/18), I got to my room and I notice that the level of the water inside the toilet was higher that the usual. I flushed to see If I could fixed the problem and the toilet started flooding. All the restroom floor got wet and I Immediately grabbed all my towels to dry everything, but it wasn’t enough. So I asked my friend to go ask for the house keeping staff to dry the restroom and to sanitize the floor, and when she went and asked the lady’s, they told her that IF SHE WANTED SHE COULD GET THE TOWELS TO CLEAN THE RESTROOM, BECAUSE THEY ALREADY BEEN TO THAT ROOM AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK. Nobody asked them to re do the room, it was only the restroom floor: drying and sanitizing. Lets be honest here, housekeepers are not our personal cleaning staff, but if they cannot help the hotel costumers in a emergency like this so what kind staff do you have in your hotel? When you pay for a stay, the house keeping service is included!!! Now, I come tired from work, needing cleaning assistance, and the staff that is payed to do this kind of service wants me to do it? Very disappointing. I was in the room 648.
