We stayed here for 3 nights while vacationing at legoland. We had a pirate suite on the second floor. The staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway. We ate breakfast and dinner at the bricks family restaurant. Their restaurant was really good! Lots of offerings for any palate, at both breakfast and dinner. They even had fresh strawberries and blueberries to make yogurt parfaits. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were excellent. Areas were always kept very clean and tidy. Staff in kitchen were super friendly. Had several conversations with the people staffing the omlet, and the stir fry and pasta station. Here are the only negatives I could come up with: 1) I felt that there needed to be better walkways to the parking area. The place where you park your car is a good little walk, and the most direct route is to walk where traffic pulls up. 2) I honestly excepted a little more of a grand entrance at the hotel, it’s very small, but not so small that you feel like you are stepping on people. 3) I feel like the kids play area, with the “stage” could have been a little bigger. 4) I thought the bathroom could have been a bit bigger. Or at least put a small wet bar with a sink outside the bathroom. 5 people trying to use one facility can get crowded. The bathroom door always felt in the way with how it was laid out. 5) they could have done a better job during checkout. For example, have someone coordinating traffic to the next available spot to load your stuff. People were parked all kinds of crazy, and took longer than needed to load their vehicles. It would have been nice if they knew specifically how many cars would fit in the loading area, again to maximize the number of folks to be able to load out. 6) wish they had special hours at legoland for hotel guests. Not to mention a special, dedicated entrance for hotel guests. All in all I would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend staying here when you visit legoland.

The service was surprisingly good. We left our luggage with the concierge because the rooms are ready at 4 and we arrived earlier to go to the park. So when we returned from the park at around 6 our luggage was already in our room. Waoo I know. The breakfast is very assorted and great flavored stuff for all tastes and the room is almost magical. Also there is a small surprise for the little ones in the treasure box that they have to open figuring out clues. Its very nice. Only thing. They didn’t make our beds because they said if there are clothe item on top they are not allowedto touch them. Necer heard that before and I’m sure my bed didn’t have anything on top but it’s just a tiny detail. They did put extra towels, water bottles, shampoo etc.

We decided to splurge and stay at the hotel for one night. I was able to sign up my little guy for a master builder class, which he really loved. My son is 5 and he didn’t need much help and wanted to do it again the next day! The lobby was also well done, great attention to detail. The room was my favorite part - very spacious and the theming was awesome! They really added a lot of details that made it almost worth the money. We had to wait until 4 to check in, so we went to the pool to hang out. The pool was not as large and impressive as shown on the website, but the blocks in the pool were fun to build with. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed he activities and theming. My only complaints were that they wouldn’t even look to see if we could check in sooner than 4:00. I work in a hotel and thought it showed poor customer service that they wouldn’t even consider accommodating our request to check in at 2:00. The food on the dinner buffet was also not very good. And we only saw one character at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. I don’t think I would spend the money again to stay there but it was fun to do once.

This was a year long process of reserving and booking LEGOLAND for our family vacation-- although after getting there we were a bit upset of the park and waterpark closing times which are posted but not on the website where I seen them to know that you only have very short period of time in the faculty--for as much as is being charged for the rooms you would think a little longer being open would not hurt this facility- also, we were misinformed at check in that the water park was open an hour after the amusement park which made no sense to us and in actuality was wrong information that the person remembered telling us when I mentioned it there was also two cockroaches seen in the room we were in which to me was nasty (no not lego ones either) the food at breakfast was awesome dinner was just ok the thing that made me the maddest was my child wanted a lego set which we stopped at on the way out of the park to get at a shop there--my child wanted to change her lego person for one that the cashier had on a board in the store--my child asked her and she stated "hurry up your gonna have to make it quick I don't have time for this"--now to me that is the worst way to treat a child that is just wanting to trade a lego person--if it is to much trouble then don't have that as part of what is done there--- the kids activities were cute and the smores by the fire pit were nice but overall with all I spent on these 2 nights here I would NEVER come back and stay on the facility and it would have to be a big discount to even go to the park for the day as by time you wait in lines you are only on a few of the rides the beds were comfy and the man at the front desk was awesome but was so saddened by these things and mostly that staff members attitude

The legoland hotel absolutely makes this experience! All of our interactions with staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The Bricks buffet was always very clean and the food was alway full. We purchased dinner passes ahead of time and it was a great choice. The theme park and water park were of course super cool, but I’d bring my family back down just for the hotel and activities there.
