Staying in the hotel is an adventure all it’s own! Staff is great. Activities in the lobby, pajama dance party, Legos to play with everywhere. Kids loved the bunk beds! The fact that the kids get a free two day pass when you stay at their hotel is another huge bonus!

We came for my son's birthday as we have every single year since you opened. I guess due to it being his birthday, or who knows, they always let us check in an hour or so early. This time they gave us a HUGE hassle about that, I said I didn't even care which themed room we were in.... so you're telling me by 2:30 in the afternoon ZERO rooms were clean?! Yet magically at 4 every single one was?! It wasn't even booked or crowded! We had a stressful year and that just added to it. Then they usually do a birthday song for him at dinner or breakfast. I told the waitress when we sat down, we waited AWHILE, and nothing was done. Normally this is a very special trip for his birthday, but this time was subpar.

My self and my family thoroughly enjoyed Legoland. The staff at the resort was very friendly, and accommodating. We stayed in an adventure themed room, and it was unbelievably detailed. The elevators play disco music, and the LEGO characters are all around the resort for picture taking opportunities. There is literally fun everywhere you turn. The theme park was clean, and fun with rides and amusement for kids of all ages. The water park was our favorite. There are lockers big enough for an entire family of 6 to share. The food is reasonably priced, and enjoyable. The lifeguards were interacting with the kids and making sure they were having fun while keeping safety first. There is plenty to do at Legoland for kids and adults. There isn’t enough room to tell you in detail how nice each ride is, especially the Ninja training in Ninjago!!! We had more fun than any of us expected. My 5 year old cried when we were packing the car, and repeatedly asked to stay at Legoland for the entire 6 hour drive back home. If you are considering it, book it!!

"Great for the kids who like Legos"

Went with our three grandsons, ages 6,4 and 1. The place is great for the kids. Not designed for adult fun unless you have a great time with the little ones, which we did. The hotel is very clean and well run. had no problems at all. I would say the breakfast buffet is one of the worst I have ever had. Don't believe what others may say about it being good. The only thing worthwhile was the omelette station. Even the OJ was horrible. Food was cold and unappealing. A nice touch for adults is a bar in the hotel, so if you like to drink it is a plus. Good activities for the kids. The park is very nice, but don't confuse it with a Disney/Universal park. Rides are designed mostly for the kids unless you are a ride newbie. Other reviews have said the food in the park is a shade better than other parks? I did not find this to be true. Typical park food, a tad expensive and not very good. Also not a lot of variety. So, overall can be a wonderful place if you go with the right attitude.

From the moment we arrived(around 430 PM) until the moment we left we had a wonderful experience. The first person we encountered was the valet and he was very nice and informative of how the unloading of luggage worked and our parking options. We have always liked how there are portions of parking that are covered when we have just visited the park and we were lucky enough to find one. Check in was super easy and desk clerk was nice, polite and informative. We immediately started having fun when we stepped on the elevator and had our party on the elevator with the disco music. Each time we stepped on the elevator we danced and had the best elevator ride. We had reserved a pirate room for 3 adults and two kids(4 and 17), so we loved getting greeted by the Lego pirate captain each time we got off the elevator. The hallway decor just added to the immersion into our pirate theme with the pirate themed wallpaper and carpet. When we entered the room we loved how the room ways all decked out in its pirate theme. Our 4 year old son was running around looking all the stuff. He really liked the kid sleep area, the box of Lego blocks and the pre-made lego figures. Then we had the treasure hunt and opened the treasure chest. He was happy with the treasure of the Lego kits, juice boxes and the magazine. He immediately wanted to build one of the kits. Once we got settled we decided to go to the Brick's Restaurant, which we had purchased a family meal ticket when we reserved our room. We found the food to be excellent with great choices. The brisket was as good as the best bbq place we have been to, better even. The mac and cheese was the best we have had out. All the foods were top notch. The desserts were very good, with a nice assortment. We ended up eating there the three nights we stayed. We would do it again on our next visit. After dinner we tried the pool. It was my 4 year olds first real time in a big pool. He loved it. I loved how the pool was no deeper than 4 feet and had two life guards on duty. We went there three of the days there and really enjoyed it. We also tried the Skyline lounge for a quick bite while using the pool. We tried a cheese pizza and the artichoke dip. The dip was very good and plentiful, also came with plenty of chips. The pizza was suprisingly very good. All of encounters with the staff was great. They very friendly and helpful. They all seemed that they liked working there and it showed. Very comfortable room and beds. Lobby was fun for kids with play castle and loads of Lego bricks to build with. Fun things to do everyday. My son loved how they had a new treasure hunt in the room each night and the Lego packs he found. Checkout was super easy in that you just had to put your room keys in a box at the front desk. We look forward to staying again. Highly recommended.
