This hotel was phenomenal! We loved every minute of our visit to the Legoland Hotel and the Legoland Park. The hotel staff was friendly, extremely helpful, and everyone we encountered treated the kids like royalty. The rooms were adorable and so well-planned - with the kids having their own separate bunk-bed alcove with television. They were thrilled with the accommodations - as were we. The hotel lobby was a blast for the kids and the adults enjoyed sitting and watching them play their hearts out in the castle and surrounding LEGO mote. We loved the buffet breakfast (delicious assortment of food), and the kids even got to discuss their favorite rides in the park with a Legoland princess while we ate. The convenience of the hotel being steps away from the park entrance was terrific. The park of course, is wonderful, too. We have visited it many times - and the kids prefer it to any of the other Orlando theme parks. With all of that said, I want to end with something else that impressed me thoroughly. About an hour into our car ride home, I noticed that we had forgotten my favorite (My Pillow) in our hotel room. My husband suggested I call the hotel in the morning and see if we could arrange for Fed Ex to pick it up and deliver it to us. I did indeed call the hotel and spoke to a sweet, friendly gal (I wish I had gotten her name), who told me she would look into it and contact me back. Two days later (as I prepared to call again), there was a knock at our door and a box was dropped off. I brought it in and opened it to find my pillow inside. I wish every business was as customer-oriented as the Legoland Hotel. I loved your hotel prior to this quick action and kindness Legoland, but now I will RAVE about your accommodations and park to anyone who will listen! Well done Legoland!! We will be back again and again!

First and foremost the weirdest thing that stuck out to me was the fact that Legoland is the farthest theme park from MCO airport and Legoland provides ZERO TRANSPORTATION!!!!! So you are obligated to use a UBER ($100 back and forth), or rent a car ($125) either way your coming out of your pocket for unnecessary transportation. When I called them to see why that was I was met with hostility and rudeness from Luis the manager, and his staff. After finding out I could not cancel my reservation I put that to the side. So , I arrived at Legoland a bit behind schedule due to hour and a half traffic. When i reached Legoland I was ask for my ID and credit card which they plan on holding $100 a night for your stay. Fortunately, I met a sweet lady (forgot her name) but she was another manager and I explained that I had not seen this in the fine print. She allowed me to put a $100 deposit due to early booking. After that things went a little smoothly. The Beach resort was nice and cozy for a family of four. The heated pool was open at certain times, but if you wanted to do fun things you had to cross the highway to Legoland itself. If I have to be honest the whole parks reminds me of DUTCH WONDERLAND! The Legoland displays were awesome... The shows for the kids were ok... The Pirate that opened the park was AMAZING.. he also does the Pirate Cove check that out! Long story short....We had a good time. Will I go back...NOOOOO...I would just save a little bit more and go to Disney up the street!

We were visiting family and decided to spend one night at Legoland Hotel. We checked in at 4:00 and it was very easy. A “model citizen” was in the circle drive and got our car info while I ran in to complete the check-in process. That only took two minutes as then it was off to park in the adjoining lot. The lobby was full of fun Lego activities! That night the kids participated in the ornament making competition as well as the pajama dance party. We stayed in a Friends room and it was cute and clean. Overall great stay! Definitely worth doing at least once while your kids are little!

This is the perfect place to stay with children between the ages of 3 and 10. The size of the hotel allows for that more personal touch. I am most appreciative of the gluten free options at Skyline Lounge, and the understanding of cross contamination risks for Celiac people. Tori was an amazing server, that ensured our kids could eat safely at Skyline. Brigitte at the breakfast restaurant also did the same for us, even made a separate meal for our son to ensure no gluten. We had an upgraded suite, worth the expense, gorgeous lake view and view of the bonfire in the evening. I even noticed the built in smaller toilet seat for kids, as well as the stool to help out with the toilet training. My oldest also said to add the pool in my review, it was fun, and he was super happy it was kept warm. Although he is Canadian, he can't take the cold....
