"Awesome Time"
August, 2016
We booked our stay in advance but we arrived late into the night, no problem, our room was ready and as promised. We enjoyed every minute.
Tip: Get the things that cost out of the way quickly, then enjoy your stay. Pack light and don't sleep in, get out and enjoy the many wonderful activities and sites available.

"Very Nice"
August, 2016
No real complaints here. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The pool area is great, nice large pool and cool water slides. The only complaint was with the lazy river, a lot of young unsupervised children decide to use it as their own personal pool.

"Very dissatisfied"
July, 2016
The pools were dirty. The bed flipped on me i hit my head. People were fighting in parking lot at midnight. Sprinklers sprayed in our screen house. Pools were not even relaxing they were too hot. People were suppose to have a wrist ban in the pool areas 90 percent of the people were friends of guest with no passes or locals. Had stains on the sheets. Had to wait a extra day for a second pillow. Tv remote did not work in living room.
Tip: Inspect the resort before booking.

"Fun atmosphere"
July, 2016
We really enjoyed the activities provided on the property and around the pool area. The condos were nicely renovated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
Tip: If you plan to use the shuttle service through the resort, be prepared for it to be packed with people. It was worth saving the money on parking, but not a pleasant ride to and from the parks.

"Great Stay"
June, 2016
The townhouse was clean and had plenty of space. The pool, lazy river, and slides were fantastic. If I go back to Orlando, this is where I will stay.

"Perfect family fun!"
June, 2016
Our townhouse was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4! I was pleasantly surprised by some kitchen utensils / dishes (having stayed places like this I brought everything). Our kids LOVED the pool, lazy river and slides. The bartenders at the poolside bar were great (happy hour is cheap!) And made our girls some great Virgin drinks too! We were there during a tropical storm and they did have to close the pool briefly, but reopened asap and security was great in explaining why they had to close. Overall, if we ever go back to Orlando THIS is where we will stay!!!
Tip: There are a bunch of activities at the resort! Some amenities are kind of spread out.

"Trip of A Lifetime"
June, 2016
As a single mom with two kids and a tight budget, it can be difficult to achieve that memory making vacation. However, through Reserve Orlando, I was successful in just that. Our 7 day, 6 night stay was at fantasy world resorts. Our two bedroom townhome was slightly older, but provided the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of flatware, dishware, pots and pans and modern appliances. The downstairs half bath was of moderate size, but the master bath upstairs was huge. A screened in back porch with patio table, chairs, & chaise was the perfect location for morning coffee. The resort was in very close proximity to Disney World and (traffic willing) a short drive from Universal. Even better were the daily activities offered by the resort, the pool and poolside bar (for the weary mom lol). The staff was also phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they were gracious and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but Concierge Maya provided us with pass cards so that we could access the amenities pending check in. Additionally, after 4 days at Disney/Universal, they provided destination sites that allowed my teenage daughter and pal to enjoy the beautiful beach, while my son and I were able to stare at the massive shuttles and rockets at Kennedy space center. The trip was a great success, Fantasy World provided us with a wonderful home-away-from-home experience, & Reserve Orlando have us the trip of a lifetime at a price that didn't bankrupt my budget - and memories that I had only previously dreamed would be possible.

I had booked in another place but when we got there it was not what was advertise. We went back online and found this place. I booked the place and call, the front desk lady called Tiana was great! She welcome us from the time we entered the place. She even told us no worry, you are here to have fun and that is what we did. The place that did not work out we did not even think of them. I will being going here again.

Stayed there June 1-4...The worst place I've ever stayed for a vacation.. Nothing worked in the villas, beds were small, rooms were outdated and the water park was closed.. They take 100.00 dollars of your credit card and I had to dispute charges to get my money back...PLEASE BEWARE. Make a phone call to see if everything is working before booking....IJS...

Friendly staff. Rooms were outdated. Peeling paint from the walls & ceiling. Carpeting in bedrooms & on stairs not so great. I felt like I was stepping into the 90's. However, the rooms were clean & comfortable. The patio was screened, including the roofing, it rained everyday except one, it was if I was standing out in the rain. The no-entry pool area was fabulous. My kids loved it. My husband who does not like pools enjoyed it as well. There are 2 water slides, a splash zone jacuzzi and lazy river. They offer so many activities. Miniature golf, basketball courts, movie night, batting cages, gym, game room and more. We would definitely stay here again.

"Worst Resort Ever!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed June 14, 2017 NEW
Although the main pool area was impressive, that was the best part of the resort. They didn't have our reservation at check in. The staff were rude and seemed put off by questions from patrons. The villas were dirty and not well maintained inside or out. There were maintenance issues in our villa that were not addressed despite making several requests. They ended up moving us 3/4 of the way through our stay due to a leak from the sink (that took them a day to even look at), but provided no assistance or compensation. They charged an additional $100 security deposit (along with room fee and resort fee). The expectation is that patrons was their own towels and empty their own garbages. The shuttle service was a joke. It left the resort well after park opening times and park closing times. It also only picked up and dropped off at Epcot, so we ended up taking taxis to and from parks. The website was deceptive and had I known what this place was really like I would have stayed somewhere else.

"Nice place nice staff but needs work"

I will break this review into areas Check in - Staff works very hard to accommodate the large check in crowds on Sat. I checked in very early at 10am and did all the paperwork. Got 1 room at 2:15pm early, very nice of them to do that. Other room was not ready at 4pm but not a big deal as we went to eat and it was ready when we come back. Shout out to Theresa and Jose at the front desk and the young Hispanic lady whose name I can't remember right now [sorry chica :-) ] for taking care of everything during the week, true rock stars at their job! Rooms - I would say 3.5-4 stars. I don't think these will ever be 5 star accommodations without a lot of major work and money. I had room 3183/3186. Any maintenance issue was fixed promptly, replace AC filter, 20 min response. Toilet running all the time 1 hour fix. No other issues besides the place could use new paint and the single beds in 3183 were terrible, NO BUGS seen all week in either room. Recreation - Some issues here, recreation staff seemed less than enthused when doing the build a bear and tie dye t-shirt for my 8 year old nephew. Also, although they have a schedule of events posted everyday on sign at activities building and on TV channel, any of the events done at pool and pool bar are not announced. When you get busy and the kids are playing in the pool it would be nice for them to announce, "Kid Bingo at the pool bar in 15 minutes", or "Balloon toss in 15 min at the pool", etc. so you just plain do not loss track of time and forget. Getting a Gazebo was a real painful process. Activities Department doesn't seem to be able to work with front desk on issues vice-verse. Personally spoke to activity center staff member about renting a Gazebo and he said he would call me back and did not, that pissed me off. Spoke to Activities manager about issue and she assured me my Gazebo would be ready, got to Gazebo 5.5 hours later and TV still did not work. Also, the side covers for the Gazebo where terrible, torn zippers, broken top hooks, mold stains, and more. If you plan on spending the $30-60 to rent one go inspect it before you do. Other - Pool was great, hot tubs where great after a long day, water slide was fun. Grounds where very well kept. Maintenance repairs done quickly and professionally. Final Thoughts - Listen folks, the staff at these places deal with hundreds of people a week and all their needs, wants, desires, and complaints as well as resort maintenance and issues. I didn't have any problems speaking to the staff and working out any issues promptly and professionally (except the Gazebo). Instead of pounding on the desk, crying, and threatening to "never use this resort again" as one lady in front of me did on Saturday during check in, just work with the staff and let them try to help you. If you don't get resolution then leave a crap review on some website and call them names like other reviewers if you want. I prefer to work issues out like an adult and as such all my issues were resolved in a timely manner.
