"Awesome Time"
August, 2016
We booked our stay in advance but we arrived late into the night, no problem, our room was ready and as promised. We enjoyed every minute.
Tip: Get the things that cost out of the way quickly, then enjoy your stay. Pack light and don't sleep in, get out and enjoy the many wonderful activities and sites available.

"Very Nice"
August, 2016
No real complaints here. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The pool area is great, nice large pool and cool water slides. The only complaint was with the lazy river, a lot of young unsupervised children decide to use it as their own personal pool.

Tip: If u use the shuttle bus to go the parks make sure u ask the driver where's his going .. Because they can take u some where else .. That happen to us the first day .. Next day we rather drive our own car .. $20.00 park

"Very dissatisfied"
July, 2016
The pools were dirty. The bed flipped on me i hit my head. People were fighting in parking lot at midnight. Sprinklers sprayed in our screen house. Pools were not even relaxing they were too hot. People were suppose to have a wrist ban in the pool areas 90 percent of the people were friends of guest with no passes or locals. Had stains on the sheets. Had to wait a extra day for a second pillow. Tv remote did not work in living room.
Tip: Inspect the resort before booking.

"Fun atmosphere"
July, 2016
We really enjoyed the activities provided on the property and around the pool area. The condos were nicely renovated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
Tip: If you plan to use the shuttle service through the resort, be prepared for it to be packed with people. It was worth saving the money on parking, but not a pleasant ride to and from the parks.

"Great Stay"
June, 2016
The townhouse was clean and had plenty of space. The pool, lazy river, and slides were fantastic. If I go back to Orlando, this is where I will stay.

"Perfect family fun!"
June, 2016
Our townhouse was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4! I was pleasantly surprised by some kitchen utensils / dishes (having stayed places like this I brought everything). Our kids LOVED the pool, lazy river and slides. The bartenders at the poolside bar were great (happy hour is cheap!) And made our girls some great Virgin drinks too! We were there during a tropical storm and they did have to close the pool briefly, but reopened asap and security was great in explaining why they had to close. Overall, if we ever go back to Orlando THIS is where we will stay!!!
Tip: There are a bunch of activities at the resort! Some amenities are kind of spread out.

"Trip of A Lifetime"
June, 2016
As a single mom with two kids and a tight budget, it can be difficult to achieve that memory making vacation. However, through Reserve Orlando, I was successful in just that. Our 7 day, 6 night stay was at fantasy world resorts. Our two bedroom townhome was slightly older, but provided the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of flatware, dishware, pots and pans and modern appliances. The downstairs half bath was of moderate size, but the master bath upstairs was huge. A screened in back porch with patio table, chairs, & chaise was the perfect location for morning coffee. The resort was in very close proximity to Disney World and (traffic willing) a short drive from Universal. Even better were the daily activities offered by the resort, the pool and poolside bar (for the weary mom lol). The staff was also phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they were gracious and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but Concierge Maya provided us with pass cards so that we could access the amenities pending check in. Additionally, after 4 days at Disney/Universal, they provided destination sites that allowed my teenage daughter and pal to enjoy the beautiful beach, while my son and I were able to stare at the massive shuttles and rockets at Kennedy space center. The trip was a great success, Fantasy World provided us with a wonderful home-away-from-home experience, & Reserve Orlando have us the trip of a lifetime at a price that didn't bankrupt my budget - and memories that I had only previously dreamed would be possible.

Been going to time shares all over the US and Caribbean for 30 years. This is the second worst place I ever been to. They should have save some of the money spent in pool area and renovated the rooms better. I was given a "renovated town home" and it looked as though I was living in the 1960s. Two twin beds as a king tilted to the headboard. Really? My wife suffers from RA and this was horrible. Staff gave us a blanket to put over the crack in the middle - said they don't have pillow tops anymore. Leaky toilet downstairs. Didn't even bother the staff after bed fiasco. They said to contact the GM - he/she never returned call... Not that it would have mattered. Front desk said we were in renovated unti. Spoke to another couple at resort who were in their third unit in 3 days after all the problems they faced, includin no hot water..

We went with my daughter and granddaughter. The layout was ok...2 Bedrooms and a bath upstairs and 1 Bath on the first level(good if you were 6 people and using the sleep sofa on the first level. However that said the unit was lovely.(carpets needed to be replaced but we were told they are still renovating)i The kitchen and baths were updated(the one on the first level was small) Being we spent most of our time in the Disney Park area we were not in the unit much except to eat breakfast and sleep so we were very satisfied. . It was well equipped even though we did not cook. The water slides and Lazy River were fun. We did not take advantage of any of the other recreational activities. We had 2 minor maintenance issues both taken care of very quickly. Plenty of parking was available. The check in and check out were were fast and the staff members were very pleasant. I had called a few times asking question and was very happy with the service they provided. The location was about 15 min from the Disney parks so it was a good location. There was lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We felt it was a good value and would stay there again.

"Wasn't as bad as I imagined"

I was expecting a so so stay at a mediocre townhouse but was pleasantly surprised. First, It was a very long trek from the front of the resort to get to our villa.. you have to cross a road to get there..and it didn't seem like there was any transport for guests to avoid the long walk with all their luggage and especially for someone like me that has a very bad back and hips. Our villa was in the very back and It was difficult walking there but I made it. It didn't look like much from the outside until we opened the door...the decor was nice enough for what we paid and it was neat and tidy and roomy. It had a nice patio outside if you wanted to just chill and have a few drinks but the time of year we went was oppressively hot..so that was out of the question. The bedrooms were also nicely decorated...I never saw one sign of a bug..anywhere..and that's what I fear most...I don't want to deal with bugs ruining our stay and I am very diligent in checking out hotel rooms before we set ANYTHING down..I check beds, cupboards, drawers, bathrooms...EVERYTHING! Well to my relief..things were well kept and clean. The open bar area is very nice too...and the kids enjoyed the lazy river in the days following ( we took one day away from Disney) to just enjoy the resort. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. There are many restaurants near the resort..close enough to walk to if you can. But in the villas of course, there is stove fridge and dishwasher.,so we did buy food and prepare it in our villa.,much cheaper than eating at Disney everyday!!! All in all during our time there... no complaint except for long walk to back of resort where our villa was located and a mix up of times when the shuttle to Disney was departing each day. This resort is worth the money you pay to stay there.

"Great Family Resort! - Roomy Townhouses - feels like home"

Our family of five stayed one week and we really enjoyed our stay - pool area was close and VERY kid friendly - Lazy river and splash pad was excellent. Happy hour and pool side bar made it convenient for grabbing a drink - pool side cabanas made the experience great for when its too hot. I would recommend this resort to larger families with SMALLER children as our townhouse was enough room to feel like we were at home for the week. Cleanliness was acceptable and amenities in kitchen were satisfactory.

"Disney for NYE"

Reviewed January 01, 2017 NEW
Booked thru hotels.com - came up from Clearwater vaca for NYE in Disney. Wished we had more time to enjoy! Villas were very spacious & clean 2 floors, w bedrooms - 2 baths! Enough room for 5 for sure! A little cosmetics to outside for curb appeal would lift this location close to a 5 star resort! Concerns - tried calling before leaving Clearwater, waited on hold for almost 30mins, never got to speak with anyone. Staff wasnt overly friendly (expect for Jose, who was very helpful). Location to Magic Kingdom & Disney Springs was ideal! Would def go back but stay an extra day to ultilize amenities!
