"Awesome Time"
August, 2016
We booked our stay in advance but we arrived late into the night, no problem, our room was ready and as promised. We enjoyed every minute.
Tip: Get the things that cost out of the way quickly, then enjoy your stay. Pack light and don't sleep in, get out and enjoy the many wonderful activities and sites available.

"Very Nice"
August, 2016
No real complaints here. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The pool area is great, nice large pool and cool water slides. The only complaint was with the lazy river, a lot of young unsupervised children decide to use it as their own personal pool.

Great place beathiful pool .. Full kitchen 2 full bath.. The only problem was the washer stain all my white clothes.. I think the machines are to old ..
Tip: If u use the shuttle bus to go the parks make sure u ask the driver where's his going .. Because they can take u some where else .. That happen to us the first day .. Next day we rather drive our own car .. $20.00 park

"Very dissatisfied"
July, 2016
The pools were dirty. The bed flipped on me i hit my head. People were fighting in parking lot at midnight. Sprinklers sprayed in our screen house. Pools were not even relaxing they were too hot. People were suppose to have a wrist ban in the pool areas 90 percent of the people were friends of guest with no passes or locals. Had stains on the sheets. Had to wait a extra day for a second pillow. Tv remote did not work in living room.
Tip: Inspect the resort before booking.

"Fun atmosphere"
July, 2016
We really enjoyed the activities provided on the property and around the pool area. The condos were nicely renovated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
Tip: If you plan to use the shuttle service through the resort, be prepared for it to be packed with people. It was worth saving the money on parking, but not a pleasant ride to and from the parks.

"Great Stay"
June, 2016
The townhouse was clean and had plenty of space. The pool, lazy river, and slides were fantastic. If I go back to Orlando, this is where I will stay.

"Perfect family fun!"
June, 2016
Our townhouse was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4! I was pleasantly surprised by some kitchen utensils / dishes (having stayed places like this I brought everything). Our kids LOVED the pool, lazy river and slides. The bartenders at the poolside bar were great (happy hour is cheap!) And made our girls some great Virgin drinks too! We were there during a tropical storm and they did have to close the pool briefly, but reopened asap and security was great in explaining why they had to close. Overall, if we ever go back to Orlando THIS is where we will stay!!!
Tip: There are a bunch of activities at the resort! Some amenities are kind of spread out.

"Trip of A Lifetime"
June, 2016
As a single mom with two kids and a tight budget, it can be difficult to achieve that memory making vacation. However, through Reserve Orlando, I was successful in just that. Our 7 day, 6 night stay was at fantasy world resorts. Our two bedroom townhome was slightly older, but provided the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of flatware, dishware, pots and pans and modern appliances. The downstairs half bath was of moderate size, but the master bath upstairs was huge. A screened in back porch with patio table, chairs, & chaise was the perfect location for morning coffee. The resort was in very close proximity to Disney World and (traffic willing) a short drive from Universal. Even better were the daily activities offered by the resort, the pool and poolside bar (for the weary mom lol). The staff was also phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they were gracious and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but Concierge Maya provided us with pass cards so that we could access the amenities pending check in. Additionally, after 4 days at Disney/Universal, they provided destination sites that allowed my teenage daughter and pal to enjoy the beautiful beach, while my son and I were able to stare at the massive shuttles and rockets at Kennedy space center. The trip was a great success, Fantasy World provided us with a wonderful home-away-from-home experience, & Reserve Orlando have us the trip of a lifetime at a price that didn't bankrupt my budget - and memories that I had only previously dreamed would be possible.

"Convenient location, poorly maintained"

My family and I had booked a 6 night stay last week at the resort due to the convenient amenities and location. Staff were very pleasant and the "condo' style room was great with two young children. However, the room itself as well as the pool area are very poorly maintained. There was mold in the ceiling, broken appliances, old and worn bed sheets and carpeting. The pool area would be GREAT if they didn't allow children to play ball all day long and nearly hitting you in the nose with a football every day. I'd prefer to stay elsewhere considering the price you pay.

We really enjoyed this resort. The pool was nice and lazy river an added bonus. Loved the bar. My one complaint is how the condos are set up. You don't have a master bathroom. We had a two bedroom and one bath was completely downstairs and the other was shared between the two bedrooms. As someone who had friends come along it was a little inconvenient the way it was set up. Other than that we enjoyed the resort

"Awesome pool and Lazy river!!"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

This facility is very nice, and the pool and lazy river was awesome. I went with my husband, grand daughter and 2 teenagers and they had a great time, The customer service was great, thanks to Teresa she was great in accommodating me and my family after a very long trip. Check in and out was quit. My condo was very appealing, but the rooms are a little small, but well decorated. Kitchen had all the need items and I loved the patio, beds are comfortable, but not the pullout sofa, bring extra padding for that, but overall i would differently come back again.

I loved the Amenities and the friendly staff. The pool area and the outside bar were great. The Condo's themselves could use updating. The sofa is worn but clean. the rooms were all clean. The screened in porch the screen was off in a couple places but had patio furniture.

"Pool area was awesome, unfortunately that's it "

Pool was great, I mean very nice lazy river, slides, outside bar area but the villas themselves were not very up to date there was mold above the doors the corners of the tile were dirty, the couch looked like something from a 60/70's sitcom and was so uncomfortable! The water pressure was awful for showers- bedding was missing when we checked in so they brought it. The shuttle was hit/miss with times coming back from Disney so we used Uber it was 15.00- no big deal and at the end of the day at Disney you don't want to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up you just want to go back!!! Olive Garden, Cici's pizza buffet all within walking distance- no free or continental breakfast which would have been a plus. Fruit, muffins, yogurt for a family on the go would have been awesome-its the little things :)
