"Very Nice"
August, 2016
No real complaints here. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The pool area is great, nice large pool and cool water slides. The only complaint was with the lazy river, a lot of young unsupervised children decide to use it as their own personal pool.

"Very dissatisfied"
July, 2016
The pools were dirty. The bed flipped on me i hit my head. People were fighting in parking lot at midnight. Sprinklers sprayed in our screen house. Pools were not even relaxing they were too hot. People were suppose to have a wrist ban in the pool areas 90 percent of the people were friends of guest with no passes or locals. Had stains on the sheets. Had to wait a extra day for a second pillow. Tv remote did not work in living room.

We really enjoyed the activities provided on the property and around the pool area. The condos were nicely renovated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Tip: If you plan to use the shuttle service through the resort, be prepared for it to be packed with people. It was worth saving the money on parking, but not a pleasant ride to and from the parks.

"Perfect family fun!"
June, 2016
Our townhouse was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4! I was pleasantly surprised by some kitchen utensils / dishes (having stayed places like this I brought everything). Our kids LOVED the pool, lazy river and slides. The bartenders at the poolside bar were great (happy hour is cheap!) And made our girls some great Virgin drinks too! We were there during a tropical storm and they did have to close the pool briefly, but reopened asap and security was great in explaining why they had to close. Overall, if we ever go back to Orlando THIS is where we will stay!!!

"Trip of A Lifetime"
June, 2016
As a single mom with two kids and a tight budget, it can be difficult to achieve that memory making vacation. However, through Reserve Orlando, I was successful in just that. Our 7 day, 6 night stay was at fantasy world resorts. Our two bedroom townhome was slightly older, but provided the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of flatware, dishware, pots and pans and modern appliances. The downstairs half bath was of moderate size, but the master bath upstairs was huge. A screened in back porch with patio table, chairs, & chaise was the perfect location for morning coffee. The resort was in very close proximity to Disney World and (traffic willing) a short drive from Universal. Even better were the daily activities offered by the resort, the pool and poolside bar (for the weary mom lol). The staff was also phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they were gracious and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but Concierge Maya provided us with pass cards so that we could access the amenities pending check in. Additionally, after 4 days at Disney/Universal, they provided destination sites that allowed my teenage daughter and pal to enjoy the beautiful beach, while my son and I were able to stare at the massive shuttles and rockets at Kennedy space center. The trip was a great success, Fantasy World provided us with a wonderful home-away-from-home experience, & Reserve Orlando have us the trip of a lifetime at a price that didn't bankrupt my budget - and memories that I had only previously dreamed would be possible.

"Awesome Resort & Even Better Staff!"

We rented two villas for our party of 10 for five days in February 2018. Even though the reservations were made separately, we called before arrival and the staff made sure our villas were next to each other. Check-in was a breeze (a welcome relief after a very long day of travel) and the gentleman that checked us in provided us with a bunch of information about the resort so that we could take advantage of everything. The units were clean, comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities listed on their website. Having TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room was great for when the little ones needed some down time. We spent a lot of time sitting in the screened porch as the weather was beautiful. The main resort area was clean, the pools were fantastic, and they had a lot of activities for both adults and families. The resort is in a great location, just 20-25 minutes from the airport and 15 mins or so from the major theme parks, plus other attractions and activities. The staff really went above and beyond for us. The day we left, we didn't need to be to the airport until 6PM, and were struggling to know what to do with the kids. Once again, staff stepped in and took great care of us-- even after we checked out, we were able to use the pool and resort facilities all day, and there was even a family locker room where we could shower before heading to the airport. We rented a private cabana (very affordable) and as a result our last day of vacation was PERFECT and relaxing as opposed to having to find something to do in Orlando to keep busy for the afternoon. Anytime we needed anything during our stay (extra toilet paper, printing theme park tickets, etc.) we were helped immediately and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back and would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to the Orlando area-- adults and families alike.

We needed to go to Orlando just for a weekend and we didn't have much time to plan this trip. So we started looking for a fair price hotel and decided to book it. You can't expect much of it, but we did like that it was a townhome with the convinience of a kitchen and a small dining and living areas. However, the downstairs shower didn't have hot water and the toilet had a running water issue, the upstairs bathroom sink didn't have enough water pressure so we had to use the faucet from the tub... besides that it was ok, though we never got to use any of the amenities because we just didn't have the time for it. By the time we got back home, we realized that we left a backpack behind... so we called and we were told to call back again after the cleaning was done and so we did. They had to call us back since they were gonna check the lost and found. We waited and they said that nothing was found... called again to complain about the matter and they said they went to check again and nothing. So we are sure it was left behind, we didn't stop on the way back home. We consider that honesty from the employees is very important for a place to be good since the other issues can be fixed but not that. We will never be going back at all!

Stayed for a week visiting local theam parks. 15-20 minute drive with any needed facility found between here and there. The grounds are clean and layed out well. We used the pool facility several times after a day walking around. The room was a remodeled unit and contained most everything we needed. On the flip side, our washer/dryer was not up to the task of drying towels. Small loads of clothes worked ok. The kitchen utensils are the cheapest that could be found, but they work. We had all the pots and pans that we needed. Nice TV, furniture was sufficient. We had two bedrooms with a king and two twins. The bed and pillows were comfortable Overall a good value. If we don't stay on-site at the park, I will stay here again.

We used our exchange week through our timeshare to book a week in a villa here in January 2018. Our villa was was very clean. We could tell that they're starting to put some love and care into their property. We weren't happy being told that someone was going to come and start working on our roof 2 days in, but who are we to complain when they're putting so much work into their area. The staff was amazing! Anything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. If you don't plan on visiting the local attractions, there is a lot to do on property. We did WDW on our trip and found we were only a 20 minute drive from the parks/Disney Springs. Wal-Mart and other shopping was literally down the road as well! We highly recommend this resort. We'd like to stay here in again in the future!

"Townhouse condos with lots of recreation"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed February 01, 2018 NEW
This resort consists of hundreds of two bedroom townhouses and is fairly centrally located. There are many recreational facilities including a pool and lazy river, tennis courts, basketball courts, pool table, mini golf and more. I found the townhouse to be a little rough around the edges but it was much more spacious than a hotel room and quiet. Check in was quick and there was no timeshare presentation push. There is a resort fee of about seventeen dollars a day. After exploring the unit I was not happy to find that one bathroom was missing soap and the other toilet paper. Instead of reporting this to the front desk we just went to Dollar Tree. The worse part about the townhouse was the lack of blackout drapes. There were wood blinds in the bedrooms that did not block the light and one of the slats was broken. The beds were also somewhat hard. Location is convenient to Publix and Wal-Mart (which has tons of cheap Disney souvenirs).
