"Awesome Time"

We booked our stay in advance but we arrived late into the night, no problem, our room was ready and as promised. We enjoyed every minute.
Tip: Get the things that cost out of the way quickly, then enjoy your stay. Pack light and don't sleep in, get out and enjoy the many wonderful activities and sites available.

"Very Nice"
August, 2016
No real complaints here. The front desk personnel were very friendly and personable. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The pool area is great, nice large pool and cool water slides. The only complaint was with the lazy river, a lot of young unsupervised children decide to use it as their own personal pool.

"Very dissatisfied"
July, 2016
The pools were dirty. The bed flipped on me i hit my head. People were fighting in parking lot at midnight. Sprinklers sprayed in our screen house. Pools were not even relaxing they were too hot. People were suppose to have a wrist ban in the pool areas 90 percent of the people were friends of guest with no passes or locals. Had stains on the sheets. Had to wait a extra day for a second pillow. Tv remote did not work in living room.
Tip: Inspect the resort before booking.

"Fun atmosphere"
July, 2016
We really enjoyed the activities provided on the property and around the pool area. The condos were nicely renovated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
Tip: If you plan to use the shuttle service through the resort, be prepared for it to be packed with people. It was worth saving the money on parking, but not a pleasant ride to and from the parks.

"Great Stay"
June, 2016
The townhouse was clean and had plenty of space. The pool, lazy river, and slides were fantastic. If I go back to Orlando, this is where I will stay.

"Perfect family fun!"
June, 2016
Our townhouse was perfect! It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4! I was pleasantly surprised by some kitchen utensils / dishes (having stayed places like this I brought everything). Our kids LOVED the pool, lazy river and slides. The bartenders at the poolside bar were great (happy hour is cheap!) And made our girls some great Virgin drinks too! We were there during a tropical storm and they did have to close the pool briefly, but reopened asap and security was great in explaining why they had to close. Overall, if we ever go back to Orlando THIS is where we will stay!!!
Tip: There are a bunch of activities at the resort! Some amenities are kind of spread out.

"Trip of A Lifetime"
June, 2016
As a single mom with two kids and a tight budget, it can be difficult to achieve that memory making vacation. However, through Reserve Orlando, I was successful in just that. Our 7 day, 6 night stay was at fantasy world resorts. Our two bedroom townhome was slightly older, but provided the perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of flatware, dishware, pots and pans and modern appliances. The downstairs half bath was of moderate size, but the master bath upstairs was huge. A screened in back porch with patio table, chairs, & chaise was the perfect location for morning coffee. The resort was in very close proximity to Disney World and (traffic willing) a short drive from Universal. Even better were the daily activities offered by the resort, the pool and poolside bar (for the weary mom lol). The staff was also phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they were gracious and accommodating. We arrived before check in, but Concierge Maya provided us with pass cards so that we could access the amenities pending check in. Additionally, after 4 days at Disney/Universal, they provided destination sites that allowed my teenage daughter and pal to enjoy the beautiful beach, while my son and I were able to stare at the massive shuttles and rockets at Kennedy space center. The trip was a great success, Fantasy World provided us with a wonderful home-away-from-home experience, & Reserve Orlando have us the trip of a lifetime at a price that didn't bankrupt my budget - and memories that I had only previously dreamed would be possible.

We arrived around 3 am to the resort after a delayed flight. We were tired but excited. The man at the front desk was pleasant as he checked us in. We were assigned a villa near the water park area. We were so disappointed with the room. It was gross; stains on the bed sheets, broken tile and mold in the outdated bathrooms. The carpets were dirty--in fact everything was dirty. We requested a new villa and were given three options to look at. I choose the the villa that was the most clean out of our four terrible options. The villa that we stayed in was across the road from the water park and had a very undesirable view of a moving truck and an unkept yard. Our side view was of Arby's and the Olive Garden. This villa was also dirty and had stained and dirty floors. I had to wipe down the lower bathroom toilet before my family would consider using it. The upper bathroom shower/tub combo was also outdated. There was mold on the shower head. We found numerous dead bugs throughout the villa. The villa also had a broken hook in the upper bathroom and a missing closet knob in the master bedroom. The screened outside area was also dirty and had broken screens and a broken door. The next morning we immediately called Delta Vacations and asked that they move us to a new hotel. Fantasy World Resort was willing to refund Delta Vacations the money if we chose to leave. However the refund to us would come from Delta Vacations. After an hour on the phone with Delta Vacations, they were unable to find us a 2 bedroom place within their system during our time in Orlando as it was the beginning of the peak spring break season. We had to stick it out or pay thousands of dollars additional to move to a new hotel. We decided to stay put and make the best out of our situation. Needless to say, our accommodations put a real damper on our seven day vacation as we all wanted out! Despite our accommodations, the amenities were nice. We enjoyed the heated lazy river and the heated saltwater pool. The main pool and water slides were not heated. It was too cold for a swim. We also enjoyed the tennis court and saw others enjoying the basketball court and the batting cage. The amenities were nice and the staff were friendly. It's too bad that the accommodations didn't measure up to the amenities. We will not stay there again and do not recommend this resort to others.

Stayed here for our recent family trip to Florida. Arrived just after 4pm on check in day. Initial impressions were not good, the office space behind the counter was cluttered and unorganized. The lobby was ok, I'm not interior designer but things just felt out of place. Finally get greeted after listening to a woman complain about not yet receiving her pool towels after 2 days to being told our room is not yet ready and they need another hour. We have 2 kids, we've been traveling all day, check in starts at 4, what do you mean the rooms not ready. We don't make a fuss and go about checking out the resort. The pool area and water slides were fantastic and the area is really nice. We drove around the resort to check things out and its not bad, but it wasn't good. It honestly looks like a bunch of section 8 housing had been remodeled. After wasting some time we go back to see if the rooms ready, it was not but they told us we could go to it. The room was, again, ok. The kitchen was clearly remodel and looked great, as well as most of the unit. The furniture is cheap and simple things like the doors were way out of date (the hollow slab doors). After a couple days, the place is starting to kind grow on use expect little things stated to become annoying like the fact that the AC would not work right and the washing machine didn't work. We placed a call for the washing machine on a day we were headed out to the parks, to have a couple maintenance guys show up and belittle us with obvious questions. They need to get a "part" to fix it but told them we would call them back tomorrow. The next day 2 other guys came and "fixed" the washer. We did one load before it stopped working. We did not pack a lot of clothes because there was supposed to be a working washing machine. We did not call maintenance back as dealing with the poor customer service at the front desk was not worth it. With all the other hotel options in the Orlando area, we will not return here. Customer service left little to be desired but hey the pool area is nice and that's about it. Also, there is not wall or security check points... Now standby for a half hearted response from hotel management......don't believe me ? Read some of the other management responses from other posts.

We're here for a 5 night getaway. With as much money spent on the hotel stay. Resort fees, Disney and Universal tickets you would think. We would have been granted the perfect vacation. But from night one, our AC in or villa froze: 2 nights dealing with FL heat. Tossing and turning in our sleep. We finally figured it was time to say something to the front desk. On Day 3 we asked maintenance, to check out our villa and the frozen pipe the issue. So we had to move villas at 10:30 at night....toting 2 kids (not fun) and such an inconvenience. Our first Villa, had 2 bedrooms. The "master" had two twin beds out together. And "uncomfortable" to say the least. Our new villa has a queen, and still equally uncomfortable. The villas are "clean enough" but by no means are upscale. In fact, lots of the fixtures are very outdated. Over-all, I wouldn't come back. My kids don't seem to notice my displeasures. All they care for is the pool, games, basketball courts and such. So my verdict, after spending the equivalent of what we would have spent on a Disney Value Resort for the week. I would have rather chosen Disney. Or anywhere other than here. They seem short staffed, and stretching thin. It's not the cleanest, outdated and not the best way to vacay. If you're going to come out, spend upwards of 3k...go with tried and true, hotels....**pictures can certainly be deceiving**
