This time we stayed in the standard room for a couple nights. The price was great. The room was as expected. If you can afford it and it is available go for the family suite and if you can get the Nemo suite you will be closest to the cafeteria. It the property is beautiful and the walk is not bad from anywhere.

"Poor dinning service, non existent Wi-Fi in rooms."

Dinning here is a joke and some of the staff need training on how to smile and actually make your stay worthwhile and memorable. What ever happened to customer service? You get better service from a mobile taco stand. Rather than play with a pair of tongs separating slices of onion looking like it's the end of the world. The so called server was not interested in even trying to take my order and when questioned about serving me, she actually said she was serving another customer at the time who was standing right next to me. Even he shook his head in disbelief! Playing with tongs and onions I don't think so. I will be making my complaint directly to the hotel management and will definitely not be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Orlando, nor would I recommend to others. Go to the Cabana Bay beach resort instead. That's where we should have stayed for our entire visit.

"Best bang for your buck for a big family"

My family and I have stayed here 3 times, and when you have a family of six with ages ranging from 5 to 50 sometimes it's hard to find something for everyone. This place is huge! With so much to see, from cars, lion king, little mermaid, nemo this resort has so much theming in such a big resort it could easily take a whole day to explore. It has three pools, one being the biggest on Disney property with under water music! As for this resort and all Disney resorts the staff is very friendly, there are buses to all theme parks, an arcade, cafeteria and much more. I have stayed at a lot Disney resorts and this one is definitely in my top 5 for families!

"Nice hotel but its too big!"

This property is beautiful and the little ones will be delighted with the themes specially around the pools. The family will have fun in this property. The resort is huge and might required some walking (depending on the room block). Restaurant is average and it can get really crowded. For a family of 3 there are no medium rooms, you have to choose between either the Little Mermaid rooms that are small or other themed rooms that are too big for a small family.
