We visited disney last october and was counting down the days tell we got there, I could no imagine what to expect and i was blown away from the second we arrived on the coach. The staff are just as happy to see you as you are to be there they dealt with us quickly and gave us our magic band and a map of the grounds, it took us a little while to find the room but thats only because we kept stopping to look at the giant charecter statues around the resort nemo,Lion king, Cars and Little mermaid all where brilliant, We was staying in the Little mermaid area which is the cheapest rooms not that it bothered us it was just what we wanted and more the room was all themed even to the shower curtain. we didnt drive but the buses are all outside the hotel and every 15 mins they are all sign posted to every disney park if you need to go universal or any none disney park then you can call or ask reception to ring the coach company and you pay one price there and back the only problem is you have to say what time you want to be picked up from the hotel and then what time from the park which is a bit annoying as you dont really know what time you want to leave the night before you go. this is easily the best holiday i have ever had every park is mind blowing all the fire work shows and even the halloween decorations and the extra parade ( have to pay extra for ) are all amazing. Loved it so much we are staying here in may 2017 cant wait !!!!

This was my first visit to Florida and walks Disney world it was just me and my partner so both in our 30s. I was a little worried about picking a value resort about how good and clean the hotel would be. There was no need to worry. This hotel was fantastic and suited us just fine. The staff throughout the stay from the reception staff, the cleaners, canteen staff, bad staff all friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy, the transportation to the parks fantastic. The pools spotless and no problems getting a sun bed. Our block was the furthest walk from the main reception block. However it was fine for us and nice to walk. However someone with limited mobility may want a room closer. As there were only two of us we stayed in the little mermaid rooms. The room was big enough for us and very clean, no problems at all. The food in the hotel, well breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Diner seemed OK although we only had it once there. I imagine it would be ideal for family's for kids however for is it was a bit like been in a school canteen. We mainly ate in the parks. This hotel proved excellent value for money for us. I would certainly have no problems returning in the future however I would also like to try some of the other resorts.

We normally stay at premium resorts on Disney (the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian) but this time we Opted for the Nemo suite and rented a car and drove from park to park instead of rely on Disney transport. We really wanted more room without the price tag. Three beds (can sleep 6) and 2 full bathrooms. This choice worked well for us. The actual suite was nice and maintained, but the building itself looked a bit tired. I would specifically cite the carpet as needing replaced and chipped paint on the wall. The resort gift shop was nice and the quick serve reastaraunt had a respectable variety of foods and was reasonably fast. If you need more than one room and you want to stay on resort it is a smart choice. Service was friendly and prompt.

This was our second stay at this resort, and this time we were in the Finding Nemo suites, We had 2 suites, due to having 9 guests in our party. There are several things to keep in mind when having two rooms, The number one thing is that no matter what your Travel Agent tells you, you cannot link your two rooms for meals if you are on the dinning plan. Our credits got all out of whack until we went to the front desk, and had someone explain the issue to us, Also, when you go to the front desk to pay off your balance each night, ensure they are pulling up BOTH rooms. Again, not really linked, so even though you have left the same credit card for each room, and both rooms have the same last name on them, they aren't really linked, and they are only telling you the balance for the room YOUR magic band brings up. You then have to tell them the other room number, and you have to pay that balance separately. Now for the resort itself. I don't know what has happened in the past two years, but Mouskeeping (aka Housekeeping) has gone way down in quality since the first time we stayed. We, of course, had different people over the 8 days we stayed at this resorts, and there was an inconsistent level of service - none of which was excellent. These suites have a mini kitchen area that are to be stocked with some basics, and the only way they were re-socked was if we went and got the items ourselves from the food court. Also, we had to find a towel cart (generally left in the all near the elevators each day) to get additional towels to have enough each day. And, if we were clusmy enough to spell a bit of powder on the bathroom floor, you can bet it was still going to be there 24 hours later. I mean, I would have cleaned it up myself, but I didn't have a mop... and aren't I paying for housekeeping at? I assume it is included when you are paying over $300.00 per night, per room. The resort is very nice - VERY. The grounds are incredible, and my grand kids enjoyed it so much. The main pool is a lot of fun! Would we stay here again? Probably, as these are where the fun suites are for the grand kids, but I would try to head my husband's aggravation off at the pass regarding the price vs. the level of service.

"Small rooms & a lot of walking!"

We stayed in the Little Mermaid room & it was decorative - our 4 year old loved it but it seemed smaller than a standard hotel room. The walk to and from the buses left us breathless. They have 2 beautiful pools & the meal plan offered by Disney is definitely a bargain but the room was so far from the dining area you had to be really hungry or thirsty to walk there. Next visit I'd recommend spending the extra money to be at a resort closer to the magic kingdom
