"Great for the price"
November, 2018 NEW
Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. My family stayed 2 night for Disney and had a pleasant experience. The only issue I had was that the AC unit was old and was in an awkward location (it blew on the side of the bed and I couldn't adjust it, as if the bed was in the way of the air flow). I would recommend to others to stay here and I will stay here again for our next trip.

"Awesome place to stay"
April, 2018
Although it's not walking distance to either parks this is a great place. Our room was ordinary but had a fridge and microwave. We didn't spend anytime there so it didn't matter just needed to sleep! Good location only a $10 uber to the parks. Or they have shuttle that goes twice to Disney and once to universal everyday. Staff was friendly. Hot Breakfast was decent.

"good stay"

The check in we pretty easy. I have always stayed at country inn and suites no matter when I travel, what makes this one different is they have this huge breakfast buffet, we were there for 2 nights and they did it each morning, please bring your own snacks and drinks for the night, the little store they have at the hotel is pricey. there is a store 3 mins away.the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping services are outstanding!

Tip: Don't take the shuttle to Universal, yes it is free but they make about 4 stops at different hotels, call a taxi to take you, it's under $10

Rooms smelled musty and mouldy, carpets were filthy with stains, chair and sofa were disgusting with multiple stains etc and the bathroom was dirty and had mould in it. Location is great. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

As a Club Carlson member I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites and this trip, sad to say, was disappointing. Though overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel needs to be updated badly. Dirty rugs, old furniture, and wires hanging from the bathroom light fixture greeted us in our room. The very strange hotel policy that ruined one morning was how early they have the breakfast end - 9:30AM on Sundays - really?? Have they ever heard of people sleeping late on the weekends. 10:30 AM would be a more realistic weekend endtime. Though I have had some great stays at some Radisson properties, this one needs some help.

"Over this cosy place and the staff "

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The staff really made it for us, and all of them were courteous to a fault throughout our stay. There was a young man selling park tickets within the hotel. He was also Uber helpful toward us. We’ll return here in a heartbeat. We had arrived quite early in the day in our usual style - we don’t travel light. The guy behind the counter offered to take care of our luggage until our room was ready. He asked how many bags we had to store and when I said seven he did pause momentarily. I thought he was going to re-check what I’d said but, professional to his polite finger tips, he handed over the requisite tags and a pen. So once we stored the bags in a locked room off we went shopping. Yes, I know, seven bags already in storage and we went shopping. Our room was a fair size with a microwave, darn effective fridge which soon became filled with beer, cola and proper chocolate from home. None of that Hershey’s stuff - no way. We turned off the air con, the bed was cosy, a fair size telly, we had in room tea & coffee stuff and plenty of towels and toiletries loitering in the bathroom. The shower was constantly hot too. What wasn’t there surprised us. No room safe. I did look. I didn’t care. The variety of breakfast offerings, like the room, were very good for the price paid with good coffee on tap. I still can’t get my head around breakfast eggs that look like plastic, but that’s as close as I got: looking at them, but their appearance didn’t stop plenty of folks filling up on them. I’ve see them served up in other Orlando hotels euch. At home I cook fresh, extra large, double-yolk free range farm eggs in salted butter to soft yolk. Never oil. I know I’m really boring. Also the machine-dispensed breakfast orange juice was a bit weird looking and very tasting and it’s strange to be in what is likely the orange capital of the planet not to be awash with jugs of top class fresh orange juice. One sip of this stuff was enough to tell me no thanks - again it didn’t stop lots of people guzzling it down. There are a few downsides, but I wouldn’t reduce my rating because of them: the poolside is looking tired and it would benefit from paint, sitting poolside one is constantly aware of loud noise - I suppose it’s the equipment to pump and filter pool water - and there isn’t any jacuzzi which is also disappointing. Finally one annoying thing. We were in room 105 and the hotel WiFi didn’t work in the main room area: it worked in the hallway and bathroom only.

My room was supposed to be a suite ! Room # 110. Had the extra room alright, with a couch, chair, table and 2 chairs. As soon as I opened the door the musty smell hit me, the carpet was heavily stained throughout the room, the furniture was heavily stained, the table leg looked like it was ready to fall off. The whole setup of the microfridge and stand was old. Was scared to touch anything ! A major disappointment in this property and the representation of the Ramada chain.
