First off we love the park...however what needs to be known is that Eli the manager tries to find customers who are smoking weed an not kick them out or call the cops but extort money out of them...who knows how many tourist he has actually bullied into paying him to not call the police on them...we left BC being from Orlando there is no way any one is gonna get paid to be a snitch... Smoking pot is one thing extortion is another. I will be telling everyone who will listen.. Corporate parent company everyone!!!

Hotel room was spacious but beds were hard and pillows felt old. The shower was a trickle and the toilet leaked when you flushed it. The outside pool was good for kids but the smaller pool was dirty around the edge and the Jacuzzi was more of a hot pool of water as the actual buttons to operate it didn't !!! If you wanted to speak to consierge then prepare to wait around because you will. On our last day the maid decided to enter our room early and pack for us ... when we came back to our room our stuff was gone and had to spend an hour trying to get it back. When the duty Manager finally arrived to talk to me about 30 minutes before I had told them we had to leave, he told me that I had refused to fill in a report, which I refuted and which then another member of staff agreed that I was never even offered. I wouldn't go back to that Hotel if it was the last one in Orlando. If you like the idea of one star Butlins in the sun then this is the place for you.

We only chose this hotel because members of our family had booked and wanted us all to be together. It's in dire need of a makeover in fact quite a lot of tlc. We booked a deluxe room and we were bitterly disappointed as soon as we entered the room. The blinds were warped and wouldn't close properly, also the toilet kept on running when flushed. We complained and to the credit of the reception staff we were moved to a better room, not brilliant but a lot better. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, can't fault them at all. The hotel pool was quite nice, a fair size with plenty of sun beds. The hotel does boast a water park and there is a surcharge you have to pay to use this facility, to be honest I don't think it's worth it. One of the three main slides wasn't working and being as they say November is out of season the water park isn't open for the full week. In fact we arrived late on a Sunday and the park wasn't open until the Thursday. We thought that little of the water park that we didn't bother with it again. There is a kids water area which is okay and will suit smaller children. The hotel itself is in quite a good location with plenty of bars and eateries on its doorstep. We wouldn't stop here again for a holiday, maybe for a night or two if we were passing through. It wasn't cheap to stay there and we expected better.

Stayed here for a week during Irma !!! Worst holiday ever. Despite being on lockdown for 2days the hotel did their best to keep things going for clients. However Our room was dirty and over run with cockroaches!!!! They were everywhere on the bedside table under the clock in the wardrobe on the dressing table. The Sofa was covered in stains and dried food. And we had to keep food for the 2 days Locked in our cases. I complained to reception who sent deep cleaners. I noticed a trailer parked (pest control). They were in and out of several rooms round pool. Hotel was full so couldn’t move. On check out I spoke to manager who just said take it up with thomson. We were Alive !!! It was horrendous never again. It’s scruffy and alive with cockroaches ( and we were on second floor )

The classic was this weekend, which is a huge college football game so Orlando was packed and prices were high. We ended up here because it was the lowest rate for the number of stars using express deal on Priceline, which by the way I have been lucky with, until now! The staff at check in was decent but not as helpful as could of been considering it was confusing finding the room. The room was pretty big, that is where it ends, it was outdated, there was no upkeep, the hallways smelled bad and the bed and pillows are awful! I am a Floridian by birth, I understand tourist town hotels, beach hotels and I can forgive a lot so for me to be bothered it was bad. Also there is a $14.95 resort fee and that is if you are not using the water park which we didn’t nor would I ever, they cannot even keep up with the hotel so I would not risk it. Not sure what the resort fee is for since other than the water park thermos only an arcade, which you pay for. There are so many other great budget friendly hotels, and this is not budget friendly! Safe yourself the agrrevation and skip it.
