"Best Western? Best Resort Western"
August, 2016
This resort is more like home away from home. The rooms are more like a town house in which it feels like home. I would diffenitly stay here again the resort was on top of everything. Very clean updated and everything you could possibly need on vacation.
Tip: Plan on staying in home away from home. Tarfet next door so shopping is roght there.

"Good but needs work"
June, 2016
Didn't receive cleaning or towels on day 1. Called and they brought towels. They don't have wash clothes only received 4 one time that week even after asking. They have bath towels, rugs, and medium hand towels. Socks and feet were very black from the floors even on day 1. Looks like haven't mopped well in a while. Throughout the whole week there we didn't get the floors swept. Don't like seeing crumbs in the kitchen and living room. Cleaning only consisted of new big towels, making beds, and trash.
3 bedroom villa was nice with small kitchen corner and living room. It accommodated our family and was near attractions. Staff was nice. Will look for cleaner and more spacious kitchen living area next time.
Tip: Bring your own wash clothes, mop, and broom.

"Average"
June, 2016
A very average choice in hotels. The price however was good for our budget and since we didn't stay longer than 5 days at Disney we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. The pool and grounds were great for our kids. The pond, fountains and basketball court were a great idea but the front desk only had one basketball available and it was flat. Overall it was a very average experience.
Tip: You get what you pay for.

"It's a gem! Nice little condos!"
April, 2016
I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The grounds are beautiful with creeks and moss in the trees. My daughter really liked the playground. The two bedroom was spacious with the living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs had another bath & two bedrooms (1 King & 2 double beds). This is great for a family of six and close to the Disney parks. If your looking to stay on Irlo Bronson, this a good choice.
Tip: Driving to the property is very busy, but once you enter hotel.. They are tucked away on marsh lands.

I stayed at this place while visiting Disney Springs. Very comfortable and clean....great for families and or couples. Check in and checkout was very fast. I did not use any of the pool or eat at restaurant but both look good. I will definitely rebook when in the area.

Be aware that there is a $12 hotel fee that they don't tell you about til you get to the hotel,I learned the hard... then the general manager had a attitude when I was asking questions about it. Wish I would have picked somewhere else.

"Terrible maid service, shabby unit."

We struggled every day to get linens for a family of seven in a three bedroom villa. Every day we had to ask. Dirty dishes were not even put in the dish washer, so we ran them through expecting the maid service would put them away. Did not happen. The upstairs tub had hair in it when we arrived and the sliding screen to the outdoors was torn. The coffee pot served two and we were told that we would need to walk over to the office each day to get coffee from a thermos in the lobby. This is a villa for goodness sake. We had to by a larger coffee pot to serve four adults.

The unit was clean, it didn't smell and grounds quiet. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, a couple of cooking spoons and a couple of pots and pants but no serving dishes and mixing bowls; but there is a Target and a Dollar Store in walking distant where you can purchase whatever you need. Except for being told the following by an employee: I called on the second day of my stay (4/16/17) and discovered the following: we couldn't get extra towels or wash clothes we must go pay and wash them; I requested a vacuum so i could vacuum up a mess on rug and was told that i could not use the vacuum and would have to pay $50 for 1/2 villa and $75 for full villa to be vacuumed. I wanted to change my cleaning day to the 3rd day of my five day stay and was told he couldn't help me because the service was outsourced and not done by the hotel housekeeping and lastly we went to get the basketball and i was told i would have to leave my ID as if I wasn't staying there and the hotel had my CC on file, the kids wanted to play while i went shopping which doing without your ID could be a problem. the request for towel was do to a water overflow and for the vacuum we spilled cereal in dining room and we had pets and I wanted to vacuum daily and return your vacuum if necessary. This was the first time i stayed at a resort where you didn't have your own washer and dryer and a carpet cleaner (vacuum or carpet sweeper). But i would still expect to get towels and linen if i needed them and be able to loan a vacuum. However, overall I enjoyed my stay; i worked around my issues - it costs but i can use the things at home.

"Worst Stay Ever!"

One of the reasons I booked Best Western is our previous experiences with the hotel chain of friendly support staff and management, cleanly and comfortable rooms and an overall good value. Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our stay at this hotel. We were promised an early check in earlier that day but decided to wait until 4 pm anyways. When we arrived back to check in the front desk staff told us our room wasn't ready. When we arrived at the room we found the room to be horribly dirty. There was hair in my daughters bed and major carpet stains throughout the unit and you could tell someone rushed through the cleaning as it wasn't vacuumed well and was dirty throughout. When we called management they came the next morning and acted like it was our fault. Management scheduled carpet cleaning on a day that we were going to be out of the room and never showed up or called. Manager Tammy was pleasant but promised a call back to discuss our concerns but never called. We would never stay here again!
