"Not impressed"

Air was broke upon arrival, but was fixed. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Constant drip in tub, annoying. Key cards sucked, issues every time we tried to get in. TV kept making some loud popping noise.

when we first walked in the staff was pleasant but when we went up to the room it smelled like roach spray. Stayed for about 4 hrs and checked out couldn't get a refund or no money returned to me for not even staying a whole night.

"spoiled vacation"
February, 2015
After arriving at the hotel at 930am we inquired about early check in which was declined as no one had checked out yet. Checked again at 1130am before heading to Disney, again declined, no rooms are ready yet. The clerk allowed us to lock our bags in a utility closet, we asked if she needed our name or reservation but the clerk said no, we will just check you in when you get back. We were given the wrong time for the return shuttle, so we took a cab back from Disney. When we tried to check in at 1100pm, 12 hours after our last request we were told there were no rooms available. (Our room was prepaid so how does this happen)? We were notified that all hotels were full being Valentine's Day. After about an hour a room at the hotel next door was offered for the night, we were walked over to the other hotel, when we tried to get into the room at midnight it was occupied! We walked back to the Allure hotel where after another 30 minutes we were given another room. This room was filthy, the towel bar hanging off the wall, the toilet didn't flush, large white stains on the carpet and walls, it looked like the beds had been slept in and just re-made and of there were small bugs crawling around the sink. Obviously we will never stay at this property again!

Allure is a great resort with a cheap price. The location is awesome on International Drive. You are so close to a lot of attraction. Coco Cola Orlando Eye is just a minute away.Ripley's Believe It Or Not just 5 minutes away all walking distance amd many more. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and a decent size.I stayed there because it showed it had a pool table but when I got there the room was been renovated. For the inconvenience I was given a $20 gift card for Starbucks which is next to the lobby. There are so many restaurants around walking distance too. The YMCA is right behind it that's available for you during your stay.A great stay

While most of the grounds are in need of refurbishment the allure hotel was clean quiet and comfortable! no complaints. I would agree with other reviewers that the front desk personnel need to be more friendly hence the 4 stars versus five. I would definitely come back for another stay

My friend had talked the property up quite a bit after a fiasco with a different property sometime last year. She had a bug filled room and so she cancelled her stay. She went looking for something last minute and this “resort” was available. This was my first and only stay here. It looked rundown as if a previous, much nicer chain had owned and then sold it recently. There were large puddles and pools of water at some of the exits so my shoes got soaked just trying to enter the building where our room was. I was not with my friend during check in or check out so I can’t give an opinion on those services, just that 1 of our room keys would not work the door but with only staying that evening didn’t concern us too much, as we had two other keys. We were on the 5th floor of the right side building. It had a decent view and price(save the BS resort fees, making our $45 night into an $80 one). The location is perfect, directly in front of the Orlando Eye and Star Flyer attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars in every direction. We were fine with outside noises, low highway and street sounds, but it was our neighbors in the room next to us who partied all Sunday night. Singing happy birthday at midnight, yelling laughing and banging around. The beds were atrocious, sleep number BS, after an hour of messing with the controls we got it from one extreme to the next. What felt like sleeping on concrete to sinking so far in that you could feel the box spring underneath. I had 3 hours of painful sleep that night. Forget moving around the bed creaked so loud it woke up my friend in the other bed. The pillows seemed like material peppered with cushion on the inside, no fluffing it’s just useless. The lounger was ripped... carpet had been replaced but nothing matched it was a hodge podge of furniture. Patched holes in the wall, dirty lamp shades... huge tv but useless without any kind of guide for channels. Dangling fire alarm... We could not get warm water in the shower, yet I burned my hands in the sink. HAIR on two of our towels.... so all in all it’s kinda gross and not much else to declare. If you want to drink and party all night, stay here. Just make sure you’re trashed enough to not notice anything gross lying around the rooms or you pass out on the floor and it won’t be any less comfortable than the beds. I do not recommend for families or couples. I can however recommend sending someone here that you don’t like in hopes it ruins their vacation. You’ve been warned.

This hotel is not a 3 star or a resort in my opinion , and please be careful if booking via loveholidays , the room price will not reflect the resort fee of 15 Dollars per night extra you have to pay on arrival. It will be in the terms and conditions but buried very deep and considering the fee is non negotiable I would have thought this should be at the beginning of the terms and conditions . The hotel - The gym is the YMCA gym at the back of the hotel , the pool leaves s lot to be desired, the playground is old and overgrown, the tennis courts have more weeds than the grass areas, there is no bar, and the laundry is shared with the next hotel. On at least 3 occasions we had to ask for clean towels.

"Disgusting. Stay far away. Definitely not a 3.5 star property in Orlando"

We spent the day at the parks and went to check in. Check in went okay. 15$ resort fee. Not sure why they charge you 15$ as the advertise free wifi and it wasnt working anyway. Pool was next door in YMCA and they were closed. There were no towels on the room when we checked in and i got yelled at by an older short haired non engish speaking housekeeper when i asked for wash cloths to wash up before dinner. The next housekeeper i asked for wash cloths suggested we use full size towels to wash with while bathing....what...the...heck....1st room 2421 carpet was digusting and looked like it had not been vaccumed in weeks. 2nd room carpet better but phone towels..mildew in shower..everything old and gross in bathroom...fridge warm and sleep number beds broken and set on highest rock hard setting. Grandson bit up on his legs this morning..possibly bed bug bites...everything Priceline promised about this hotel was a MISREPRESENTATION There are a million other hotels to chose from right in that area for the same price that will at least give you a clean room. I should have known right away as the police ride thru this parking lot and the adjoining hotel every twenty minutes and im pretty sure theres some working girls staying there aware they share a lobby so your kids will see some sights. Attached are photos of this dump... Save yourself some stress Save your vacation Stay somewhere else...anywhere else..
