They have a damage insurance of $45 which covers guests up to $1500. If the stay is less than 5 nights a cleaning fee is charged. It is $75 for a 3 bedroom home, $80 for a 4 bedroom home and $85 for a 5 bedroom home.

All single family homes have a pool; town homes have a community pool.
