 Excel Management & Rentals in Orlando is an exceptional vacation home company offering the very best for their guests in Orlando vacation homes. While I stayed in Orlando, I lodged in a 4 bedroom vacation home in the gated community of Glen Eagles at Remington. The house was tastefully decorated in earthy tones like brown, green, gold and deep red. The layout was very spacious and offered a very large kitchen and living room area, which had comfortable couches and chairs, as well as a flat screen television. Just off the living area, two French doors led to a nice sized pool, which was screened in, with patio seating. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is large, and comes with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV, and an extra spacious master bath with dual sinks, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.The other three bedrooms were located upstairs and the superior quality of Orlando Excel Management properties is reflected here, just as well as it was downstairs. Very nice case goods complimented the layout of the rooms, of which two bedrooms housed a queen bed and the fourth had two twin beds. Two bathrooms were located upstairs as well, so no one has to worry about sharing one bathroom with a large family. All vacation homes rented by Excel Management have different décor and layouts, but the consistency of their quality does not change. Another plus is their check-in procedure – you do not have to go to their office, you simply receive you key code and drive directly to your vacation home which is a great convenience.  |

How many vacation homes are available at Excel Management?
There are 50 homes available for nightly rentals.
Do you have a minimum age required for check-in?
The minimum age required for check-in is 21.
Do you have any cleaning fees?
Yes. If a guests stays less than five nights, there is a $65 cleaning fee for the 3 bedroom units and $75 fee for the four bedroom units.
Does Excel Management charge a deposit of any kind?
Yes. Guests must leave a $300 deposit prior to check-in. This deposit is kept until after the guest departs upon which Excel Management will inspect the property and ensure their are no damages. If there are no damages to the property, no charge will be made to the credit card. If a charge is to be made, the guest will be notified within 14 days of departure. The deposit can be handled in travellers checks or cash, in which case, if no damages have occured, a check will be sent to the guests' address within four weeks.
What is your check-in procedure at Excel Management?
Guest needs to contact Excel Management prior to arrival, complete registration form and fax to the Excel office. Excel then sends out villa details including lock box number for entry. Guest checks directly into the villa upon arrival.
What are your vacation home fees for extras like barbeque grills and rollaways?
Early/Late Check-In/Out $50 per day
Pool Heat - Electric $20 per day
Pool Heat - Gas $35 per day
Spa $10 per day
Barbeque - Gas Grill $55 per week
Highchair $30 per week
