Then we head for a visit to Miami's Bayside shopping district for some shopping and a ride on the wonderful Star Island cruise. Relax and take in the sights of the houses of the Rich & Famous. End your day with a visit to Florida's famous "melting pot" of Miami's South Beach. Explore the magnificent art-deco district, top off your tan on the world-famous South Beach and be sure to sample the traditional cuisine available in any of the over 100 restaurants. Don't forget shopping! Miami's famous designer stores and boutiques await you! |

How long is the airboat portion of the Miami Everglades tour?
The airboat tour is a 45 minute ride through the Everglades.
Is this experience appropriate for guests of all ages?
Yes, however, I don’t recommend infants under 1-2 years old. The airboat is very loud and babies don’t like to keep the ear protection on.
Do you have any recommendations for guests who reserve a day with you?
Yes. Bring plenty of sunscreen and don’t forget your camera. Also, prepare for a long day as it takes 3 hours to reach the Miami Everglades.
Is the airboat tour open to handicap patrons?
As long as the guest can get out of the wheelchair and step into the boat. Drivers and guides cannot assist anyone who cannot get out of the chair. It’s a small step from the boat dock into the airboat.
What are guests NOT allowed to bring aboard the boat?
No food or drinks are allowed on the airboat.
How long is the Star Island cruise portion of the tour?
The boat tour operates for 1 ½ hours. It takes you through the harbor and past the homes of the rich and famous including Star Island, Al Capone Island, and Fisher Island.
How long does the entire one day tour last, approximately?
The last pick up is at 7:15am. They depart Miami at 6:45pm which will put them back into Orlando approx 10:30pm. So I would say the total day last approx 14-15 hrs.
