DescriptionAll of our vacation villas are block-built on generous sized lots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils.
The exterior of your home is enhanced by a professionally manicured lawn, and a superb swimming pool. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. Each also features a garage, personal garden, and is fully furnished with most of the amenities you will need. In the living room you will find a color television and comfortable clean surroundings. All of our villas have very spacious split family home designs to make it convenient for 2 families to share. In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a one time departure fee is required for housekeeping. Sunsplash offers all our guests excellent customer service and a specialized maintenance team that is on call at all times. The homes of Sunsplash Travel are licensed by the State of Florida in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Hotels, and are inspected by them 4 times per year.  Sunsplash Vacation Homes in Orlando, Florida offers Orlando vacationers a home away from during their stay in the sunny state. Providing three, four and five bedroom home accommodations, Sunsplash has a home to fit every visitors needs.When I visited Sunsplash Vacation Homes, I was impressed at the size of the homes as well as the décor and attention to detail the homes presented. The four bedroom home in which I stayed was decorated in earth tones and felt very cozy upon entry. There was a large sitting area that led to the dining room and spacious, fully equipped kitchen and there was also a second living room area with TV for guest convenience. This home had two master suites and two kids’ rooms. The kid rooms had bunk beds in one and a twin bed in the other, as well as a shared bathroom that boasted an aquatic décor. The main master suite was very spacious, had exceptional case goods and a king bed, and accessed the large master bath area with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi. The second master bedroom featured a queen bed, nice case goods and bedding, and a bath with walk-in shower. Perhaps the best amenity at the home was the screened-in outdoor pool, which was large compared to many other vacation homes I’ve seen. The large patio surrounding it, as well as the great condition of the pool, made it a great part of my stay in Orlando and with Sunsplash Vacation Homes. All of the Orlando Sunsplash Vacation Homes provide FREE internet access and FREE cable to guests.  |

Yes. For a 3 bedroom the rate is $65; 4 bedroom is $75; 5 bedroom is $85. All cleaning fees are plus a 12% tax.

All of our homes have their own private screened in pool. We have a community that has a tennis court and the hours are 7am-11pm.
What type of parking do you have?
There is private parking at every house.
What is your check-in procedure? Do you offer late check-in?
Guest must go to key pick up location to pick up keys. Once at that location there will be an envelope with the guests’ name on it, inside envelope will be directions from that point along with house key. We offer late check at an additional $80.
What do the Sunsplash Vacation Homes come furnished with?
All of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with washer & dryer, cable TV, free local and long distance calls to anywhere in USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico, full kitchen with cooking utensils. The homes do not include wash cloths, dish cloths, or beach towels or any type of washing liquids. We do provide bath towels.
