Established for over thirteen years, the Florida Store directly manages almost 300 vacation homes, townhouses and condominiums in Florida for vacation rental. We understand that you, as a vacation home guest, have many choices and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Our job is to ensure that you get the vacation home rental that will ensure your family’s best vacation ever! We are available to you before, during and after the reservation process; the check-in process; your stay with us and of course, your return home.
All the rental properties are maintained and managed directly by the Florida Store, and our company is proud of its reputation for delivering the best-presented homes at all levels. With no middle man or subcontractor involved, we can guarantee our superb product quality while offering you very competitive rates.
We offer you four levels of vacation home so you can choose the best option for your family vacation – premier, executive, luxury and townhouse – all for the same price as a hotel room, or less!
With multiple bedrooms & bathrooms, extended living areas, privaate pools at the homes, community pools for townhomes & condos, a vacation rental gives you so much more than a hotel.
Check-In: 4:00pm
Check-Out: 11:00am
$65 Property Protection Fee due on all reservations. This covers the guest for up to $500 in accidental damages.
Short stay clean fee due on all reservations for 2, 3 or 4 nights. Fee ranges from $80 to $125 depending on the size of the home.
Pet Fee of $150 required for 1st pet, $75 for each additional pet for a maximum of 3 pets.
All fees are non-refundable.
