"fun day"
October, 2017
day was overcast, but that did not slow down our fun day. Animals, most were very well kept. white tale deer could use a little help. The food was very good and a good price. The air boat ride is not required, but we went for it, and very glad we did. Mark was our captain/tour guide. Great time. Would HIGHLY recommend.

"Family vacation 2015"
April, 2015
We really enjoyed our time in Florida. The airboat ride at Wild Florida was exceptional. Our boat Captain ( John ) was very knowledgeable of the area where he took us. We seen many gators and other animals that are indigenous to the area. There were three groups in our family and we all made reservations at separate times. Wild Florida was very accommodating in getting our groups together so we could ride in one boat. After the airboat ride we walked through the animal park. We had the pleasure to see feeding 10+ foot alligators and many of the different animals they have on display. Would do it again in the future.

Tip: Take the early boat ride. More gators and animals moving about. Don't be in a hurry. Take your time, relax and have fun. Just as it should be when vacationing.

"Awesome Airboat ride."

We had a great ride for our group of 15. Our Capt. Was very good and knew where to look for Gators. The Zoo was also pretty neat, my 2 year old nephew got to hug and hold a 2 foot Gator.

"Fantastic gator experience (and free in 2017)"

The owners felt the need to give a gift back to the community in 2017, after seven very good years of business. So they made admission to the wildlife park free for the year. My family thoroughly enjoyed our experience. There are a variety of animals to see here, but the highlight are the alligators. Be sure to catch a feeding show -- the animals are very active, and the trainers talk about what it is like to work with them. In 2018, they will start charging admission to the park again. But note that buying an airboat ride includes admission to the park -- this is a good deal.

"The BEST Afternoon!"

We visited Wild Florida on our final day of our holiday and it was the perfect activity to end the holiday with! We purchased the package through Virgin and were expecting an air boat tour and food but you actually get so much more. Arriving late afternoon, you meet some of the animals cared for in the wildlife park whilst the group arrives and are soon descending onto the lakes for your air boat tour. With a local and experienced guide, you are taken around the lake, spotting alligators on the way if you're lucky! Upon returning, you'll learn lots of facts about Florida habitats and the animals cared for within the park and the conservation work they do. Some of the plants you will see are fascinating if you do not come from Florida! Oh and your package comes with two free drinks (alcoholic or not, whichever your preference) which you can take round with you during the tour, which is great in the hot weather as the day is cooling off. The tour is during the afternoon so as the day is coming to an end, it's time for food with a fresh hot buffet style selection of pulled pork, corn break etc (the best cornbread I've had!) There is lots of food so coming up for seconds is welcome and whilst you eat, the friendly staff are around to chat and talk about the work they do and answer any questions you have. Upon leaving, you can purchase any photos you've had taken during the day with proceeds going back into the upkeep of the park and conservation work they provide for the animals. The whole afternoon was money well spend and one to remember! (Visited November 2016)

This place is fantastic! We saw lots of gators and birds, including bald eagles. After we got back from the hour long boat ride with Captain Alec, who was very knowledgeable and courteous, we spent the next couple of hours in the animal exhibits checking out the wildlife and feeding the gators. We ate lunch there too and the "Mad Burger" was excellent. It was a burger piled w pulled pork and slaw for a whole new twist to barbecue. All of the staff is super nice and very informative. It's also great that they give you a military discount too!

"Such a great experience!"

My girlfriend and I visited here in November, I booked the sloth encounter as a surprise and it didn’t disappoint, she loved it! I also booked the airboat tour which came with a lunch, transport and some food to feed the gators! All in all it was a very good deal! The airboat tour was fantastic, we saw some alligators and a bald eagle having it’s lunch. I booked the two events separately (Animal encounter & airboat tour) and soon realised when we got there that the two were arranged at the same time, we asked if they could change the times around and they were very accommodating and it all worked out. We saw the sloths, had lunch, the airboat tour, fed the gators and managed to get around the park to see all the other beautiful animals. I highly recommend visiting here if you’re in the Orlando area, it’s approx 40 minutes south of international drive so easily accessible via the free transport or hiring a car and driving.

"Great little place."

This is a great little attraction in the ‘middle of nowhere’. We did a sixty minute airboat ride which was really educational and our captain, Alec, pointed out many things of interest to us, including birds, trees, bald eagles and several alligators who were no more than three feet way from our boat! The wildlife park was very nice, with some unusual species of animal and a fun walk-through aviary. The location was lovely too, with lots of wooden walkways and cypress trees. We ate lunch overlooking the lake, where we were joined by a lovely sandy-coloured cat as well as several peacocks! We had some photos taken with ‘Fluffy’ the baby alligator, which we could then purchase – it was around $40 to buy all the pictures on a USB stick, which is a lot cheaper than most other attractions in this area. We spent about three and a half hours here in total, which included the airboat ride, lunch and the wildlife park, making it a great half-day out.
