We went on my actual 25th birthday! I wore a shirt that said "I'm 25 witches!" and got a lot of compliments! I have never felt more welcomed and loved then when at this park - seriously! Everyone was so friendly and excited for my birthday! Universal with the park hopper passes is worth every penny!

"Worth Every Penny"
October, 2018 NEW
I know the Express Pass seems expensive but I can't stress enough how worth the money it really is. We didn't wait in line all day for more than 15 minutes. We were able to catch everything in the park in that one day due to the short lines with the express pass. I enjoyed it so much more than the Disney parks and if I had known in advance I would have spent another day at the Islands of Adventure. I hope this helps you with your decisions.

"Not as I dreamt it."
September, 2018
I didn't quite enjoy Universal Studios, I was there with my 12yo niece and we found boring that most of the rides are the same style, which didn't really got the best adventure spirit out of us, the only thing that really caught our eye was the Harry Potter scenario on both parks, it makes you feel like you're truly there. On the other hand, Entrance prices aren't as bad as Disney's, but still I didn't get the feeling those parks are worth it as we are not really that much into simulation rides.

Parks are over priced and below standards compared to Disney. They expect you to pay an extra $99 per person for Fastpass also. Staff is unfriendly.

If you go here early November, you may not need to get a fastpass to get on rides. We had an average of 15 minutes per ride. The Cat in the Hat ride is still enjoyable. Harry Potter world is awesome! King Kong ride was enjoyable. Spiderman is a must.

Where else can you swing through the streets with Spiderman, pick out you first magic wand and narrowly escape the jaws of a T-Rex all on the same day? Express pass is a must and well worth the cost.
