"Great Experience"
May, 2018 NEW
I’m the beginning of buying in reserve Orlando, I was kind of worry because most of the people recommen to buy Universal Tikets right in the Universal Site. Nevertheless all the process with Reserve Orlando was perfect, great support, cero waiting times at lines. You just need tilting your ticket and go right to the Kioskos. If there is any trouble with the Kiosko Machine, you may find coulomb of guys from Universal giving you support in order to set all ready and receive your entrances.

Tip: Names posted in Reserve Orlando need to be supported by a credit card that you have to introduce in the Kiosko Machine to receive your tickets. Don’t worry, those machines will not charge any money to your card, but be sure that the name posted on Reserve Orlando match perfect with the name posted I your credit card. It would make simple all the process. However if you forgot to put your right name, guys in Universal will help you with that matter.

Great customer service. Every body was friendly. However, some of them were too nice and spent too much time with a customer and caused a longer line. It would be nice all the parks can close a little later in the April days.

"Extremely disappointed"

This place is split into three parks with a ticket needed for each park. Tickets are expensive. If you want to see harry potter you will need 2 tickets per person because they split it between two sections. Its mostly restaurants and shops. Don't waste your money.

Really enjoyed the park. Absolutely loved the Mardi Gras parade the night we were there. Harry Potter was good, but I guess I just expected it to be bigger. My daughter enjoyed using her interactive wand to be able to “cast spells.”

So yes I’m the disabled one 😯 Asked for disabled parking and the attendant was so helpful, gave us clear details where to go etc. Parked up and took the moving walk way which was super helpful. Checked through security super fast, asked to show my glass bottles as they aren’t allowed. Explain d that it was medication all groovy. Another moving walkway and a small moving queue to show your tickets and finger prints. All good going nice and quick. Into the park and even though I spent 4 years ago this time it seemed so much better more relaxed. It was quite quiet when we arrived and we managed to walk at ease. Queues were manageable and the longest was 35 minutes BUT again always moving and they had some super fans switched on and blasting towards the line. We didn’t really want to go on lots of rides we was happy wandering and bitting and bobbing on to which ever ride took our fancy. My daughter and husband were desperate for Harry Potter rides so they went on all of them, Jurassic Park ride was awesome, there was a few rides I couldn’t go on BUT it didn’t spoil the day we had. Staff were super helpful. Attention to details and Information given was spot on and the attendants were only to happy to help in any way they could. The one downer was that the Skull ride was closed BUT in reality when you hear that one carriage broke down I’m saying take all the time in the day to mend that bad boy. The HULK was a ride my 13 year old won’t forget in a hurry!!! Nor my 9 year old, because if she hears that roar one more time I think she would turn into the HULK on the spot and rip it up! Long wait as they didn’t update the waiting time. It read 10 minutes and they told my husband it was 10 mins but in fact it was more like a 35 minutes wait. It didn’t ruin the day we had THE BEST TIME EVER. Arrived at 11.30 and left the park at 17.45. Great day thank you Island of Adventure for a smashing day 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Enjoyed or visit! Staff was great and all the food and drinks where Good! Lines were not to long, but we did encounter 3 rides not operating during our visit, 1 ride we had to be escorted off of due to the fact that it broke down while we where on it! This took way to long...almost an Hour! Which was unacceptable especially with younger children.

"Fun Day"

I had only one day for Universal, so didn't see everything, but was able to do everything I really wanted to do. In Islands of Adventure, I can recommend Incredible Hulk Coaster (SO fun!) and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, It was a little too chilly for me to do Ripsaw Falls, but it looked like a lot of fun and the folks I talked to who did it had a great time. The Cat in the Hat ride was a pleasant experience. I found Flight of the Hippogriff to be disappointing (minor roller coaster) and was glad I didn't have to wait for it. Dinner was at Thunder Falls Terrace and the plate I had was filling and delicious. I had early entrance, which made a huge difference in getting to things without a wait. Definitely worth a visit
