Spent about 5 hours here with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 16 ,14 and 10 we all enjoyed it. 27 dollars per adult and 19 for kids under 12. You have to pay 5 dollars to feed the alligators with a fishing pole and 10 dollars to feed them by hand. You are right in with them when you feed them by hand but the show is well run and you feel totally safe. There are shows you don't have to pay to watch but on the whole you pay for everything even doen to feeding the birds. We had a good time but don't be fooled by the cheap entrance fee you will have to pay to have a good time here.

If you want to get up close to florida wildlife then a trip to gatorland will suit you down to the ground. Relatively cheap compared to more well known parks it gives you the chance to get to know all about alligators while also having other exotic species such as snakes and spiders .There are shops selling gator merchandise as well as much needed food and drink. Baby gators provide the 'aww' factor whilst much larger crocs and gators provide the 'awe' factor. As an extra payment on entry you can choose to have the experience of going into a fenced off slipway to feed huge gators with chunks of meat, watched over by a knowledgeable member of staff and his assistant. Before leaving the enclosure they take a photo of you knelt in front of the gators which is a super holiday snap to show to your family when you get home. There are also various live shows featuring gators, spiders and snakes that are both entertaining and informative for young and old alike. All of this is set in beautiful natural surroundings adding a touch of reality to the experience. For the younger visitor there is a great water based play area which, while being fun, also keeps them cool in the hot weather. I have to admit at being surprised how enjoyable i found Gatorland . All of the family found something they personally enjoyed and the day flew by. Easy to find from the tourist areas of Orlando i would recommend a visit to Gatorland to anyone, providing you like wildlife. Do yourself a favour and put Disney aside for a day and pay a visit to a more sedate attraction that offers real value for money.

Loved it! Booked via Viator who I would never use again (separate review) but the actual day trip was fab. Booked my husband and son on the zip line and they loved it. Watched all the shows and did all the photo opportunities. It's not cheap... 5 dollars here, 10 dollars there (photos and feeding chances etc) but we are on holiday and expect to be handing out money! Michael was hilarious, he for the feeding of the gators and you can go in with him and get a photo taken. He made the day really. Very funny man. Take lots of cash... you pay to have photos taken (you can get one yourself you) but then you can pay for the actual photo. Good day out, better than expected. Make your own way there though, avoid useless tour companies!

My husband, 18 month old, and 5 year old visited. We had a great time watching the jump-a-roo show ( they have guys trying to make the gators jump out of the water for chicken). This park is a bit bigger than we thought it would be, there are shows and lots of walkways and animals. They also have a splash pad, which was popular on the hot day we were there. They sell a few kinds of beer and a key lime wine in a pouch(LOL). We bought the wine. It was actually pretty tasty. We weren't interested in the gator wrestling, the zip lining, or the taking your photo two feet away from a 8 foot gator, but we had fun looking at all of the very large and small gators. Bring water! It is super hot on all those walkways and trails.
