"very cool."
July, 2016
This is a very cool place. It is so hard to squeeze in if you're doing all the parks, but if you have an extra day, do it. I Yes with the money for the views, by because they open so late, you can't do it before a park not can you do it on the way to Kennedy. They need to open way earlier. Our maybe they should be a 24 hour thing. That would be neat. Lets face it, people come here for the mouse....

"Educational and Amazing!"

From the history of the "Space Coast" to great photo ops to "Space" this place offers a world wind of information!! First off getting to the building you drive through the Port of Canaveral! There are always cruise ships docked and loading to head out!! Once there the parking is easy the building is surrounded by a pond (beware of alligators) with the port and all of its activities surrounding it!!! Inside the lobby look up....amazing glass art hangs above!! Price is reasonable for what you learn! There is a small cafe to pick up a snack! 2-3 floors are history and creation museums of the area. 4 floor is a event and meeting area. 5 floor is the theater where you "audibly" learn about the Port and the whole Space Coast region. Outside the theater is info about outdoor activities and the Ron Jon Surf Shop's history! (snap a photo of the kids surfing!!) 7 floor is the observation deck with views galore!! You can see the VAB at KSC, several launch pads, the port and inland!!! Watch your step as you round those corners!!!

"Oh baby what a view!!!!!"

Having ridden past this tower several times, I was really thrilled that my friends took me there on Monday. The view was beyond amazing - in every direction - the cruise ships, the roadways (very complex) and the views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. Brevard County residents and seniors pay $4. and it is well worth the price. The photographs and exhibits inside wonderful for kids and adults alike. The parking is free and plentiful. All 7 stories provide views and education, especially the history of the space program and the ongoing construction of the Port.

"Abomination"

Every time I come into the area this architectural abomination sticks out like a sore thumb. Sorry, this is only my opinion and I am sure the powers that be thought it was wonderful and approved the design? Didn't want to spring for the fee to go upstairs so I can't comment on that.

"Great place to watch Kennedy Space Center rocket launches!"

This is a great location just across from The Kennedy Space Center to watch rocket launches especially at night. You can watch from an outside roof top or inside viewing area or just from the park area around the Tower. This is also a great place to spend a couple of hours inside the Exploration Tower anytime with family and kids learning the history of the Port area and enjoying the interactive exhibits. There a fee to enter the Exploration Tower but parking is free.
