"Our Favorite Orlando Park by far!!!!"
July, 2016
Our day at Discovery Cove was amazing! The food was great, all the snacks and drinks you could want, a relaxing environment and the best snorkeling experience I have ever had (Hawaii included!) I wish we could have spent the whole week there. A 14 day Sea World pass was included with our tickets which just sweetened the deal!! I wish I could give it 6 stars!!

"Best experience EVER!!"
June, 2016
Our children were 6&8 at the time we went. We did the dolphin swim and they loved it!! The trainers were AMAZING and spent time answering the questions our 6 y/o had ( wants to be a vet / dolphin trainer, why we did this)! It totally made her day!! Having it all inclusive was awesome! As we went from area to area we could stop at the cabanas and get snacks and drinks whenever we wanted! Breakfast and lunch were also very good! The reef water was freezing (there during a tropical storm) so we only made it to our knees, but touched the rays and fish we saw! ALL the lifeguards were very friendly and genuinely seemed to like their jobs, even the ones swimming through the lazy river scooping leaves out! This is an experience you simply must do at least once!

Tip: They operate rain or shine! The lazy river does get pretty deep at points if you have little ones or weaker swimmers!

We had visited Discovery Cove 15 yrs ago and got to return again this year. It was fabulous 15 yrs ago and it’s even more wonderful now. My 7 year old loves snorkeling and dolphins are his favorite animal, so this was the highlight of his vacation to Florida (as well as all the adults in our group). Amazing, friendly, helpful and kind staff. Easy to navigate to the park from our vacation rental, as well as inside the park itself. Contrary to other parks (like Disney and Universal) Discovery Cove did not feel crowded or overwhelming; in fact it felt super relaxing. All inclusive food and drinks are wonderful and make it feel even more special and relaxing. Several animals (marmosets, tropical birds, tropical fish, sharks, dolphins, an ant eater, armadillo and a sloth) to see and learn about; staff is super knowledgeable about the animals and the park. Highly recommend this park and will definitely be returning, in fact it is the only park I would care to return to in Orlando.

Dolphins are kept hungry in order to be compliant. This is 2017, not 1917, this is barbaric. They deserve to be in the ocean.

We spent the day here during our vacation. The price seems a little high when booking but when you factor in what you get for your money, it's virtually free! All inclusive food and drink all day, and 14 days at Seaworld/ Aquatica around your visit all makes the price more palatable. You don't even need to bring anything with you. Most of the things you will need are provided, including wetsuits and lockers. I'm a big dude and the wetsuit fit me no problem. There are lots of them. The park itself is beautiful and you could easily forget where you were- thinking that you were on a private island. It's such a well thought out park. The dolphin swim looked ok from the side- we did not do this. However, the Seaventure underwater walk was amazing and I would recommend it in a heartbeat. The staff were all very supportive and made sure everyone was safe and enjoying it. I'd definitely pay to do it again. The lazy river is well designed, with you being able to hop out and back in again at most of the other attractions. We did it 6 or 7 times during the day! My only complaint about it would be the floor surface. it goes from dep (8ft) to shallow in a very small amount of time and caused several scraped knees from what I could see. I get that it's a non slip surface and is there for safety but until you learn where they start and stop, it can be painful! The aviary is a definite must see with lots of beautiful birds. You are given food for them and are allowed to feed any bird that will come to you with it. Overall, this was a magical day. Is it pricey? Sure. But well worth the money for what you get.

If you love the water, marine animals and resort like amenities , then look know further. This was my family first ever experience with Discovery Cove in Orlando and what an experience it was. Where else can you swim with Stingrays in a Eco friendly habitat and stroll over to a lazy river wrapped with caves and water falls. My kids are 13 and 8, both could not get enough. The other awesome part of the experience is the endless amount of food provided with the entrance fee. You get a all you can eat breakfast/lunch and snacks throughout the day. A kids CARB dream... My son and I also paid for the underwater experience and that was fantastic. You get an up-close and personal look at the stingrays and tropical fish in their element 15-20 feet below the surface with the usage of diver like gear. Finally, the best part of it all, unlimited visits to Seaworld/Aquatica within 14 days of the initial park visit. Truly a unique experience for all and one that you will want take all the photos and Go-Pro action possible.
