"Informative about chocolate"
February, 2016
Learned a lot about chocolate, but they give you a chocolate bean, and it is very hard and patrons should take heed...can crack your tooth and cause it to fall apart as did mine and it cost me $1,0000 to get it repaired at an emergency dental clinic.
Tip: Don't eat the raw chocolate bean. Lots of standing.

"Waste of time and money"

It was a huge waste of money time and effort to go there. It wasn't informative, very little samples were offered, the facilities were gross and smelled like chlorine, the chocolate was real and by this it had several additives and modifications to it as cost cutting . The place and the displays were from the flimstrip age , one of the huge signs in the lobby said new display coming in 2015. Don't bother going unless you want to shoot marshmallows into a play dragons mouth. Very little info and not much to see . Customer service before the tour started was shoddy as the cashier was very accusatory when I asked what the chocolate contained due to allergies. The personalized bar is also a joke as it is "made" in front of you with chocolate by products and junk food mixed in. It is easily skipAble as the whole place was.

Enjoyable tour which lasts around 40 minutes, gives an insight into how chocolate is made from harvesting the cocoa bean until the finished chocolate bar. You also get a free sample of each chocolate type to taste although these are very small. Worth a visit.

This tour is on the Orlando pass and includes a bar of chocolate for each paid ticket. (You get to choose from white, milk or dark chocolate.) The tour is informational and entertaining, definitely geared to kids. You can also get a custom bar made infront of you for an addition charge.

"Interesting and funny"

Alan was our tour guide, and he was really funny. The video and story line that take you through the tour is kid friendly and cute (we didn't even have kids with us). The trivia is interesting, the process of making chocolate is explained really thoroughly, and the samples are pentiful. We really enjoyed our visit. Note: the cayenne pepper day is brutal for those with allergies or asthma.
