"Worth the drive!"
Reviewed May, 2016 NEW
Busch Gardens is definitely a "gem" found in the Tampa area. The train was not only informative on all of the things to do around the park, but a great way to see all of the animals. We did the train first and I felt as if it helped plan the remainder of our day. Throughout the day there are animal feedings and interactions. The elephant interaction was definitely one of the highlights of my day. There are rides, shows, and games for all ages ranging from Sesame Street to the drop of Falcon's Fury. It is definitely worth the slight drive if you are staying in Orlando.

Our trip here wasn't great because of the weather and when there is bad weather they shut down all the rides and some attractions. We got to experience some of it but not much due to the bad weather

one word AMAZING. If you are a roller coaster lover, from fast, turns and intense experiences this has been the best. The lines were all less that 15 minutes the day I went I enjoyed each and every minute. The animals are gorgeous and well kept and maintained. Yes I will definitely go again. Coming from a 24 year old with no kids the rides are perfect. I will go again VERY SOON.

Busch Gardens is amazing. I've been several times and always want to go back!! We love seeing the animals and taking the safari ride and it's nice because regardless what age, there's something for everyone to enjoy! The park is nice and clean and the food is great too! There's always so much to do. No matter what part of Florida we go, we make the time for Busch Gardens.
Tip: Everyone is extremely friendly and will help when asked or needed and they always have a smile on their face!!

"Busch Gardens Tampa"

Very typical Busch Gardens experience. I'm a former BG Williamsburg pass holder and the two parks are comparable. Tampa is not as ascetically pleasing as Williamsburg (landscaping and theme areas are outstanding), Tampa makes up for it with the safari tour. Rides are great! Recommend Cheetah Hunt and Falcon Fury. A costly trip, but comparable with other theme parks.
Tip: Great time to travel is a weekday when school is in session. Short lines!

I took my 9 year old daughter to Busch Gardens for the first time. She had a great time. She was able to ride all the rides, saw great animals such as Molly the elephant, tigers, giraffes, etc , and we enjoyed a full day of fun and rides.
Tip: Great fun park and great rides.

"Carers with two handicap men"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed May 26, 2016 NEW

We had been two years ago and were aware of the special rates for people with disabilities and their carers. We were told at the gate that if we wished to take advantage of the second day rate there was no reduction for people with disabilities. We then had to queue in 90 degree at customer services to get any advice of the help for special needs. The guy who looked into our admittance fee refunded us and gave us a more appropriate cost that we had paid previous. I felt sorry for one guy who said how do I queue when the basis of what I am requesting is I am unable to do so. When all sorted it was a good two days but it could have been all so better stress free

"Great time with family, very well run place"

Family (2 teenagers) had a great time and didn't even go on any rides. We saw the animals, rode the train, saw a show, it was a fun day. It's like a zoo with rides. Bathrooms and all areas were kept very clean. All vendors and game workers must not be allowed to solicit customers, which was wonderful, no pressure. workers were all very nice. I'd recommend getting the all you can drink soda souvenir cups at the start of the day. for $10-$12 it's all you can drink for the day, soda, icee or water. We easily got our money worth as per cup it's $3. Food is about $10 per person, if that helps you make decision on the meal plan.

"A park for all ages"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed May 26, 2016 NEW

This is a great park to visit even if you're vacationing in Orlando. It's an easy drive and only about an hour away. The fearless will be punished by the extreme coasters throughout the park while rational folks will giggle and chuckle at several moderate thrill rides. Young families will enjoy both the Sesame Street section and zoo-like setting. The addition of the wild animals in their natural habitats sets this park apart from others. Enjoy the tropical setting and be sure to see the beautiful tigers up close.
