"WONDERFUL"
February, 2018 NEW
Busch Gardens Tampa, FL was a WONDERFUL and EXCITING experience. I have always want to go but something always came up. We were able to work this trip in and was glad we did. It is a place of AMAZEMENT!!! It was only me and my spouse and thought it would be for the kido's, BUT there is something there for everyone. Prices are a GREAT value for the money and food is NOT extremely expensive either. I look forward to returning again and I think you would also enjoy it as much as we did. THANKS BUSCH GARDENS TAMPA.

Due to rain must of the rides where closed. Also I arrived at the park at 1030 and no ride where running untill 1130. Once the ride started some where shut down for technical issues. Ask for a rain check and k was denied I haven't been to Busch gardens in year will not return back to the park ever.

"Busch Gardens"
July, 2016
The person that helped me with the purchasing of the tickets over the phone was excellent! I made three separate transactions for a total of 15 tickets, everything went smoothly and she was very kind and patient! She even let me know how to get a hold of her again if something was wrong when I got the confirmation emails. I will definitely use this site again because of the great prices and customer service! As for Busch Gardens it was lovely as usual! They have beautiful scenery, wonderful shows happening all over the park and wildlife seemingly everywhere throughout the park. we had six children with us all under the age of 10 and there was plenty of rides and things for them to do. Ranging from ages 70 to 3 in my group I'm happy to say there was no shortage of fun for all of us!

Tip: Must know that the souvenier cups are free refills all over the park and icees are included. Also, wearing a bathingsuit under your clothes is a good idea because of all the water rides and places to get wet and cool down at in the park are somethng you will want to take advantage of on a hot day.

We had so much fun! The gardens are lovely, the park has many rides for all types of people. You can spend all day here and not do everything. I especially loved the animals. This is a great park, not fake like Disney.

"Nice Park"

The park was very nice and the staff was friendly except one worker (Andy) on the train. He packed the wheel chairs in there like sardines and was not nice about it. Other than him everyone was nice and it was clean. The newer coasters were awesome. The animals were out and about so that was fun as well.

"Nice Family Visit"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Our family of 5 attended Busch Gardens recently. None of us are roller coaster people so that was the only draw back as that is the majority of the rides here. Kids had a fun day, the train is a nice way to see things and get around and the kids loved seeing the kangaroos, elephants and giraffes. It is your typical theme park with overpriced food and carnival type games which cost money so be prepared to spend some extra money on top of the admission price.

"Nice Family Day"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed February 15, 2018 NEW
It was clean. It had a lot of attractions for people of all ages. The animals were lovely to see. The locker didn't work (you have to get one to ride one of the roller coasters). I got a new locker assigned that did work, but that was a hassle to have to wait when we just wanted to ride. Just noting it. I would like to see more coasters, but for a day out with the family, it was nice. The food we had was VERY good. SO good, my son started eating in line before paying. -_- I reminded him to wait. ;) We would go again, but it wouldn't be our first choice if amusement parks were on the agenda. We like more thrill rides. I think we're spoiled because we go to another amusement park that has a LOT of coasters (in Ohio). Those in Florida and not leaving the state might LOVE this park!

"WOW! We loved Busch Gardens!"

I was a little concerned about BG. We aren't big into roller coasters and I didn't want to just see animals, as we were planning on going to the zoo in Tampa. BUT, we had an absolute blast at BG. We were lucky enough to see Pam Tillis as part of their Real Music, Real Masters concert and show series. It was a very intimate setting, and felt so real. We enjoyed every second of that concert and the meet and greet! The Opening Critters show was phenomenal! We laughed so hard! We bought the All Day Dining. I tried to find information before purchasing but decided to go for it. On a hot day (even in February), we needed drinks through the day. At $3 each, they would add up fast. We were able to enjoy lunch, snacks, dinner, and get some bottles of water at the end of the day. 1 meal almost pays for the dining plan! It was about $15-17 for a meal, plus drink and dessert or side. The salads looked so fresh but I wanted my dessert :) It was nice to order what we wanted, and not worry about the cost. I was able to enjoy the trip better that way. We wouldn't have eaten as much if we didn't have the plan, but it felt like a savings either way. Just be aware that if you go to a late show, the restaurants close before the park closes. So get some dinner before they close, and most of the restaurants had a sign up stating when they close. We went using the Tampa City Pass (great deal if you will be there a few days). But we could have spent a couple of days just at BG. We rode a few rollercoasters, saw 3 shows, ate some really yummy food, and spent some time with the animals. Be aware, if you order the dining plan for kids, they can ONLY order off the Kids Menu. I asked a worker while in the line, and she told me otherwise. When I went to checkout, they wanted to charge me $15 for the meal. She ended up throwing the plate of food away and making me get a kids meal. It was my only negative for the day. I get why they have the policy, but it wasn't communicating correctly to the employees.
